      My first visit to the ************************** was on 05/07/2024, and the only second office visit happened on 07/11/2024. I stopped using the service at around September 2024, since then a lot of frustrated communications happened.- Got phone call 3 times on returning the machine after I've already returned in in November.- 4 bills came with redundant items. When I got the 5th statements claiming there is amount due I checked the statement details, and found that, 2 same entries of "05/07/2024 office visit new" was on 2 different statements.- Bill history hidden after payment was made. e.g. I made 4 payments already and got asked a 5th payment, but the system only shows 2 past statements. I am worrying there are more redundant entries that I've already paid.- Not able to reach the billing department - the phone call always transferred to voice mailbox. Only when they are collecting debt they would give me a call, without detailed explanation but just asking for taking care of the balances.- Got promised on "you won't get bills like this" in the last phone call, but got another one 2 days ago, with the redundant entry mentioned above.- ************************** is the only sleep solution I've used, the credit card payment history is all about the bill they sent,
