      In April, my husband and I went to Seattle Sun Tan in ******** to cancel his membership. We followed the correct procedures and were assured by the staff that the cancellation was successful. However, we later discovered that the company continued to charge his card for six months, with the last charge occurring on October ***** wasn't until my husband noticed these unauthorized charges that we checked with our bank and confirmed the ongoing deductions. When we approached the salon for clarification, they claimed they had no record of our cancellation and refused to issue a refund, citing a lack of documentation.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels unjust. Their customer service has been extremely rude and unprofessional in their responses to me. Some of their messages were not only unhelpful but also quite offensive, causing me significant ********* seems that an error on the part of their staff has led to this situation, yet we are the ones being treated as if we are at fault. Their staff appeared untrained, as evidenced by a previous experience where a worker struggled for 20 minutes to sell me a gift card.I urge others to think carefully before choosing Seattle Sun Tan, as their customer service and handling of cancellations are deeply lacking.

      One of the greediest most selfish companies. They dont care about anyone but money in there pockets for there investors and corporation. There employees follow there low standards because they no no better. The companys employees are a representation of them and the horrible customer service from the corporate office and call center are by far worse than any other company. Stop filling the pocket of rich selfless people who will train employees to lie and *******. very sad company.
