I am filing a complaint against PACCAR **** for serious warranty neglect, bad faith behavior, and ongoing mechanical issues with my Kenworth T680 (VIN: LJ380997). My truck, which I am still paying for through financing, has been consistently unreliable and has suffered repeated failures most recently a major camshaft issue. The truck has now been at Performance Truck in ****, ** for over 7 weeks, and Ive been told it will take nearly 10 weeks total before I receive it. Since the first day I brought it in, I made it clear: this engine needs to be replaced. The *********************** agreed. Yet PACCAR rejected the recommendation and insists on a camshaft-only repair a decision that clearly ignores deeper internal risks.Throughout this period, I have spent nights in hotel rooms, waited endlessly for service updates, sent multiple emails, placed phone calls, and submitted formal complaints all with no meaningful response from PACCAR. Ive done everything I can to seek help the right *******, with my factory warranty set to expire in 3 weeks, PACCAR is still delaying the repair almost certainly to return the truck just before the warranty ends, placing any future engine failure outside of their responsibility. This feels intentional, calculated, and completely unacceptable.Industry sources and public reports confirm that camshaft failures are rarely isolated, and often lead to complete engine breakdowns. PACCAR is ignoring both facts and service recommendations.I am demanding that PACCAR either:1.Approve a full engine replacement, I am a small business owner who depends on this truck. This case is not just technical its personal and financial. I expect serious attention and a proper resolution.

Vehicle financed, paid off July 27th, 2023. Received email from PACCAR on 8/9/2023 confirming the address for the title to be sent. Request was made to expedite the title. This is a business and the semi-truck I sold went to another business. No reply by the title department. Communicated with another department who assured me that this was being reviewed. Multiple emails requesting updates on status of lien release and title. Of note, once I paid off the loan, they deactivated my access to the loan portal so I had no way of printing statements or documents related to the business expense final payoff. Requested the statement from PACCAR and it took TWO WEEKS to get a statement of account via email. The statement wasn't an official looking statement and didn't have the overall interest added up, which was odd. Found out that they charged a penalty of over $4000 for paying off my vehicle loan early and I was due a $125(ish) refund. Filled out the direct deposit form they provided. September 18th I was told that the refund should be "approved" (mind you, I OVERPAID) and it would "hopefully be sent out by the 20th of September. I just checked my bank account online 10/3/2023 and the refund has not yet been deposited. I also do not have the title to the truck I paid for in full on July 27th. I inquired and was sent another email with a tracking number but no link to how it was sent. It's not ***** not **** not ****** so not sure where this tracking number comes from or what good it does when they didn't provide a link to how it was sent. I asked on 10/2/2023 for this information and have not yet heard a response. I would like to say that when I obtained this loan, the very first payment, on the due date someone called to collect payment even though I had set up direct deposit. Strange that they will put resources into collection but nothing for the consumer who is being taken advantage of. Consumer beware, these people are a nightmare.

Received title 10/4/2023 via Fedex.  Title was promised for 10/2 and the tracking number provided was not complete, so I was unable to determine who this was shipped through. I do not see a deposit for the refund of overpayment as of 10/5
