      They charged me for two test kits then I was on the phone trying to get reimbursed for the 2nd one. First they tried to talk me into keeping it for the future. Then as I was waiting I went to paypal and saw they set me up for a subscription charging $299.00 a month!!! Do not do business with these people. I asked for a complete reimbursement for everything and they said I will see it 7 business days! Are you kidding. I am so sick of unethical companies.

      Hi *******,I'm sorry that was your experience, we try to make it an easy transaction, but it sounds like it was confusing instead. Sometimes, an offer to purchase a subscription and a discounted second kit pops up during the purchase. I'm sorry it wasn't more clear. Refunds usually process through the banks in a couple of days but, depending on your bank it can take longer. Hopefully, you've seen it in your account already.Thanks for your feedback.

      I got the stool and blood kit, and when I received the results, I was happy to see that things I've suspected like having to avoid garlic have been confirmed, and at the same time, I got many recommendations for my super foods and other foods to avoid, as well as supplements recommendations. I have been following them for some time, and I no longer have flairs, and I feel better. I've also noticed that my immune system score is not optimal, so I have been working on it. When I had a question about blood collection, I've called Viome support, and they explained to me how to do it in detail. Overall, I am glad with the test and results, and I plan to order again in the future.

      This test is revolutionary. Viome is able to analyze RNA expression from blood and stool samples and come back with a list of molecular scores associated with my gut health, immune health and overall health. I have seen other microbiome companies analyzing stool samples, but they are not able to tell if the biomarkers found in my samples are expressed or not, which is a big limitation. I have used the HI kit in the past and can't wait to order the *** test that analyzes oral microbiome, as well.
