    Dear BBB, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address the issue regarding the security deposit that I paid for my tenancy at ******************************************************************************************** you are aware, I made a security deposit of ***** on August ******* and vacated the property on August ******* According to our lease agreement and local regulations, I am entitled to the return of my security deposit 21 days after the conclusion of my lease. However, as of today, I have yet to receive my deposit, which is now significantly overdue. I kindly request that you return my security deposit in full by the end of this week, September *******. If I do not receive the funds by that time, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my deposit as well as any additional costs incurred as a result. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly. Please let me know how you intend to proceed. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sincerely,

    Upon review, it was discovered that the refund request was erroneously directed to an approver (employee) that is no longer with the company.  We have overriden the approval and processed payment as per the attached.  We are also contacting the software provider to assist us with other tenant refunds that are in a similar state.  Our apologies to the resident for the situation.

    I did not receive a tracking code or how I will receive this or when. I would like a detailed response in regard's to how this will be resolved and by when. The soon the better seeing as how this is already 4 days over due.

    I moved out of this apartment complex August 27, 2022. I was sent an email from the management office notifying me that I was to be refunded my security deposit. The amount I am owed is $100, and per **************** law, I am to be distributed my refund after having moved out, no later than 21 days after I moved out/ was notified of my refund. It has been 2 months since I received notification that I was due a refund, and I have still not been refunded. I have called multiple times to check on the status of my refund, verified that my forwarding address was provided and is accurate, and requested immediate assistance from higher management. I still have no answers and no refund. I have reached out to the ** Justice progress for assistance in this matter as well.
