    I needed to make an apple themed batch of butter for my family reunion (my maidname is *****) but I ran low on the Natural Apple Orchard fragrance so I enhanced what I had on hand with this Lychee Red Tea. It was perfect! I'm super happy about this new addition. It sparkles, if a fragrance can. Try it! You'll like it! Delivery was prompt. I always get my products on time from Bramble Berry. I have a great relationship with this company as they are not just prompt, but polite and professional as well.

    Lilac ************** A customer favorite. This is a custormer favorite, it smells like the real deal. I made cold process soap and always sell out of this scent. No one can believe how accurate the smell is.

    Service is always 100% correct. I would like to receive orders faster than a week or more, but that's partially on because I don't opt to pay for expedited service. I look daily (almost) after I've ordered, hoping to see an order 'shipped.' I will say that everything is packaged well; the boxes are sturdy and not too big for their contents, and the type of paper used to keep bottles safe is extraordinary. Brambleberry does a great job.

    Natural Lavender Face Toner Project: I love this toner and spray myself with it throughout the day to keep my skin moisturized. The lavender aroma is subtle. I made it because my skin tends to get dry patches during winter and I've never had my face feeling so moisturized.

    Smoked Tonka and ****************** When I first smelled this fragrance out of the bottle, I didn't like it at all. However once I soaped with it, I absolutely loved it! It has a nice smoky scent. It did caused the batter to thicken up quicker than normal but not anything crazy. This is a staple for me now. Will definitely buy again.

    I wish I had better things to say about BB. In fact, I'm devastated by the last experience I've had. Items are almost always missing from orders (two from the last), I've been overcharged twice, and their shipping is painfully slow. They do not always update you on tracking and their time-to-ship is not as it says on their website. Instead of 2-3 days it takes at least 4-5 days. They discontinue items all the time and this creates issues for those of us who use their fragrance oils in our product lines. Whats worse, when you do get to talk someone via chat, they are argumentative and belittling. The rep scolded me by requesting that I be sure read policies on their website (and other businesses I purchase from) as if that covers missing items, overcharging, delayed shipping, and a though the issues I've experienced with them should be expected if I had only read their policies. Resolution was received by allowing me to return a shipment that is in progress (will arrive 10 days after orders (maybe) and get a refund). They refunded for missing items, but did not refund for something that I was charged for but did not order. I've ordered quite a few times from BB, but I have had poor experiences most of the times I've done so.

    I formulate a face cream with this oil along with BB's HA and pro-vitamin B5. I love the ethics, support of women, and cradle-to-cradle mindset (zero waste) of Bramble Berry and the companie's products!!!
