      Problem: water leak under the sink.
      4 visits and $4000 later.

      We're client to call ****'s *********************************************** for repair service on July 19, 2014 located in ***************************, there are two guys came by checking the pipe, they did on purpose to turn on the faucet when we discussed their quote, the water is all over the place in workshop we didn't know. They called 911 because he pretended to complain that he saw we argued. They came here to make trouble to us, he yelled at me:" all you dead." His attitude is very reckless,rude and barbaric to against us without any reasons because we're nice them, I had home camera everywhere recorded what we said and our behavior, we didn't do anything wrong to them, didn't offend them. They offended us to call 911, turned on the faucet to let water went all over the place to get my husband to **** off, they left us alone and walk away without notification.I called them in return to ask why, the female manager is bad attributes to say:" we didn't provide service to you, don't call us."she handed up my phone without listening for what I said.

      Regarding the specific incident you mentioned, our records indicate that our team was dispatched to your location in response to your service request. However, upon arrival, our technicians encountered a situation that posed a significant risk to their safety. It was reported that there was an intoxicated individual who was displaying aggression, which created an unsafe environment for our team to carry out their work. As a result, our technicians made the decision not to proceed with the service and promptly left the property. Subsequently, our office received a call from you, where you disclosed that you had been harmed in a domestic incident. Given the seriousness of the situation, our office team acted promptly and responsibly by contacting law enforcement to ensure your safety. This was done out of genuine concern for your well-being, and we stand by our decision to prioritize your safety above all else.
      However, we have recently become aware of false claims and bizarre allegations being made against our company on social media. We understand that emotions can run high during difficult times, but it is important to separate facts from misunderstandings. These false claims not only tarnish our reputation but also hinder our ability to serve other customers who rely on our services. We kindly request that you remove these false claims from your social media platforms immediately. We believe in resolving conflicts amicably and have taken the necessary steps to involve law enforcement and our legal team. However, we are willing to reconsider pursuing legal actions if you do the right thing by ceasing to harass us with continuous calls and false claims. We value our customers and their satisfaction, and we hope to resolve this matter in a fair and respectful manner.

      Do not use ****** Plumbing unless you are wanting to get ripped off. I was out of town and there was a leak in an apartment we rent out (dishwasher/sink connection). Pretty simple. I made the mistake of telling them I was out of town.... More on that in a minute. The way they work is they charge $89 for a service visit. They waive that fee if you accept their pricing for the work. Sounds pretty good right? They showed up at the apartment at 9:30-9:35, basically within the window they agreed to. They called and quoted me nearly $400 to fix the leak. I asked why it was so much. They didn't really have an answer and I was out of town and needed it fixed. I assumed it was far more involved than I initially thought.Here's the thing - I was invoiced at 10:22 for nearly $400 dollars. This means ****** Plumbing was doing active work for something like 40 minutes maximum. The parts they used were inexpensive. I asked 3 separate times for a breakdown of the ****. Parts, labor, etc. THEY REFUSED. I have never had any business refuse to provide a pricing breakdown in a detailed invoice. They kept saying their pricing is not time and materials it involves a lot of factors. Ok - you have a unique pricing model. Great - What are those factors? They would not say. Seriously!! They will not tell you why your **** is whatever it is. They seem to extract whatever they can and refuse to provide an actual **** with detail.Here's what I learned: The "pricing factors" used by ****** Plumbing seem to be things like ability to pay, high level of need, active leak, inability to do it yourself (again - I was out of town), etc. This is scam pricing. I will never use ****** Plumbing again that is for sure.
