    ************ After 6 days of trying to drop off my package using Straightship I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. At this point I feel as though I'm being ripped off and the driver that works for them has stolen my package for what ever reasons. They don't respond to emails, when I call them I get the run around. I've given them more information on my location to help find me and my phone number so they can call me, but they do not call. There is no location that I can go to and pick up the package myself and they won't give me the drivers name and phone number so I can call him directly to make arrangements to get my package. I am Not Happy at this point. The driver needs to be charge for theft and arrested.

    These pieces of s*** The driver stole 1 of my packages. The moron took 2 pics of the same package cause he obviously cant count to 2 as they are labelled package 1 an 2. When I called the company they kept hanging up on me. So I kept calling as apparently the business until some guy answered and told they dont care about there employees if they are stealing. Temu will just pay me back. This is the companys scam.

    This company is the absolute worst customer service as well as delivery service the drivers do not follow instructions to deliver packages or call customer for instructions on how to find them after multiple attempts the just return to sender as well as there customer service agents are the rudest people I have ever delt with after being hung up on 7 times in one day before someone actually decided to talk to me she tapped that the instructions are on file and hung up. Would give a negative star rating if possible
