The final straw was when they wouldn't reimburse me for the *** card I paid for. Your *** card has to be issued to you from a training center. I changed training centers, because of the POOR customer service they provide, and now I cannot access the old account and that's where they sent the card to. The training center told me they would reimburse me when I ordered the card because I told them I was switching sites.Another instance are their classes. I had another employee take their *** instructor training class ($425) and you have to be evaluated withing 6 months by one of their employees. We tried to reach them for over a year about setting up the evaluation. We sent emails and made phone calls, without ever receiving an answer. Finally I had to go there for a renewal of my instructor card so I questioned them about this other employee. They said that because she didn't get her evaluation in the 6 month time frame, that she was going to have to retake the class and pay for the class again, $425. It was their mistake. I want to be reimbursed and I want them to have a complaint against them and I would like them to know they have a complaint made about them.

7-23-22 purchased a BLS-CPR course for $86.95 that was scheduled for 8/3/22. I was unable to attend the class. I tried to call to reschedule but no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. I ended up booking another class and hoped to just resolve the issue in person but I accidentally booked in a town 3 hours from me and needed to fix that as well. However, when trying to reschedule online it says to contact them. I was unable to contact them by phone because no one answers or returns calls. I tried email as well and I got no response. I contacted my bank for a refund on the second class and i went with another company. Now a few weeks later they finally responded to my email and stated that they dont do refunds (for the original booking). Their policy states they dont do refunds if you fail a class and it states you need to reschedule rather than cancel. However, if I am unable to reschedule due to their lack of response and inability to reschedule via their website it is only fair that I be refunded for services I never received because they did not uphold their part in their own policy.

I purchased a BLS American heart association online course and in persons skill check with LifeTek inc on June 7th. I received my online course link and completed the required course. I completed my skills check on 6/14/22 at Country Inn and suites in *******, **. I was told I would receive my e-card by email within 2 days. I did not receive my card and sent numerous emails and phone calls that went unanswered. I had a job offer contingent on my BLS certification. I was forced to purchase another class from a different company in order to get the job. I was finally contacted by lifetek on July 20th and my e-card was issued, however that one was useless to me at that point. I asked for a refund and was met with another email containing my e-card.
