      On 4 February 2025 I purchased one ticket to see **** ****** at the Odd Fellows Room at the ***** in ********** for twenty dollars and seventy five cents. The show was cancelled - and a refund offered - by writing to the email I submitted to the BBB for the Orion. That was on the 6th of February of this year and is the last that I've heard from ****** or anyone at the Orion. I have emailed ****** twice to receive the offered refund and have received no reply. I would like to be reimbursed $20.75 for the cancelled show to resolve this issue.

      I just received my letter from the BBB concerning this response to a cancelled show. The show in question was a part of The Winter Starlight Series, organized by The Subdued Stringband Jamboree. The Orion was the host of this event, but had no involvement with the ticketing of said event of any of its shows, including the **** ****** show. The Orion received no portion of the ticket sales and all ticketing was handled by ****** ***** through the Stringband Jamboree website. The ***** does not have any platform for selling tickets online, therefor we are not able to refund any ticket sales. We simply hosted this event for ******. ****** is not an employee of The Orion. He was a promoter and organizer of this show. This being said, it sounds like ****** has not refunded the customer, so, out of kindness on my side, I will gladly give the customer $25 in cash out of my own pocket. Even though the $20.75 was never collected by me or my business, I'm sure it's annoying to not get a refund when you're told you will, and for that, I'll toss in $25.
