    I purchased flaxseed muffins in august from a company called flax4life. There was a foreign object in one of my muffins that damaged one of my teeth. I contacted the company and they investigated and admitted that the foreign object belonged to them but they refused to pay for my tooth. I even offered a letter from the dentist but they still refused. I shouldnt have to suffer for their negligence, they havent even attempted to correct the problem.

    We were contacted By ********************************* whom claimed that there was an injury to her mouth from a piece of the plant based clam shell that the product came in. Injury claims are sent to our insurance company, Brown and Brown.  They completed a through investigation, collecting  information from the customer and the customers dentist including all dental records. They found that the complainant has had prior dental issues and that there was no evidence to support the claim . The insurance company denied the claim.
