1 star********************* Update (3 1/2 years later) - So my AC unit just stopped working after the maintenance tech came out and did their annual thing. Called and they tried to troubleshoot over the phone...no luck. They tell me $350 to have a tech come out...Techs come out and told us that the unit was installed incorrectly from the start and the issues that he found should have been found at instillation or definitely on the yearly maintenance. It has been over 2 weeks since I contacted them and they still have chosen not to respond.All I want is a written explanation of what was wrong and done incorrectly with my unit....but that apparently is asking too much.No contact, no care...got my money and ran!Original opinion until I was told of the issues.I had Clean Air install a complete HVAC system in my home a few years back and they have done the yearly maintenance ever since. They have always been upfront and honest on everything that we have discussed and never left me wondering about anything! You take can't go wrong with using them - their office staff and techs are good to go! Buy with confidence!Review fromJanet R

Amazing company. ***** out did himself working in a tight crawl space for 3 days making sure everything was perfect. I was so impressed with with his work ethics. ***** over saw the whole project. Two wonderful young men. Clean Air you have some great employees. Thank you. **************

We appreciate the honesty and no-pressure approach of your people. They under promise and over deliver. An example would be that the tankless water heater was rated to last 15 to 25 years; they told us it would last 15. Also, the gallons per minute rating was 5.8 to ****; they guaranteed 5.6. The sales representative was very courteous and made sure to wear shoe coverings upon entering our home. The installers were very thorough and professional with their work. Our new tankless water heater is performing excellent. Clean Air Comfort Systems was there in 24 hours when all others had wait times of over a couple weeks to even just get an estimate. We were out of hot water for a couple days since our old system that came with the house broke after 10 years of use, and Clean Air Comfort Systems came to the rescue.
