      I ordered this product on Jan 2nd. It is 1/28/25 today and I still do not have my product. I spent almost $300 for the product and was told they only insure the package for $100, which is what *** gives them. I have called, emailed and spoke to a supervisor and am told I am out of luck in getting my product, which is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I speak to someone at the company, I get a different answer, but the last call with the supervisor ended with "I'm out of luck" in getting reimbursed or refunded. Bad business all around!

      I ordered a brace with heat for my knee and tape. at 10 am . I called at 11:56 am to cancel the order. ***** said she would try and cancel the order. I emailed her a confirmation of my request. she replied to the email confirming my request to cancel the order. According to their policy once an item ships they email you the tracking number. I called back at 1:30 pm ad spoke to a man who said that even though the item was not shipped he cannot cancel the order because it is "in process" but to return it I would have to pay for the return shipping for an item still in their possession. I called back ***** and she said she was still working on it and that it would be sent out at 2pm. *** told me that at 1:33pm. I asked her why she didn't just call and follow up on the cancellation and she said she was busy sending out orders to people in pain. very insulting and condescending. I told her that also. I said you apparently are waiting til after 2pm when it ships to address this. She had since 12 pm to get this cancelled but is too busy to followup on the cancellation to help people in pain. It is evident that is just an unethical business tactic to ship it to me in hope ** it not being returned and making me go through the process of returning an item that hasnt been shipped but will be despite my cancellation request 2 hours ago.
