    It has been over two years since I initially engaged West Coast Custom Metal Design, and unfortunately, the project remains incomplete. Despite multiple assurances and promises that deadlines would be met, the company consistently failed to follow through. Communication was poor, and commitments were not honored, which was frustrating throughout the ********** addition to the delays and lack of follow-up, the craftsmanship that was eventually provided was subpar and didnt meet the standard I expected. The quality of the work simply did not reflect the promises made.I cannot recommend West Coast Custom Metal Design based on my experience. If you're looking for reliability and quality, I would suggest considering other options.

    Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with West Coast Custom Metal Fabrication in ********** **********.
    Before you consider working with Mr. ****** and his company I strongly urge you to do the following:
    1. Contact other local metal fabricators and get a second bid. There are many including ***** ***** ******** *********** etc.
    2. If you do proceed with hiring West Coast Custom Metal Design, please have your lawyer carefully review the contract they will provide, including the extensive fine print at the back.
