    In August 2023 I had a consultation with Dr. * from Resilience. There was a $87 charge, which I paid under the assumption I would get some medical help. She presented a slide show of what the clinic offers. At the end, she said they could put me on a 6 month program for $7000. I declined as I do not have the finances. I feel like I should have receive something for the $87 fee. They could have told me upfront their program costs and saved me $87 and their time. I am on disability and dont have extra money to spend on nothing. I did speak to a lady from that office, who said they would not refund my money. I did not feel she heard what I was saying, and she reiterated some statement about what they offered.

    The $87 fee you referenced covers an in-depth initial consultation where we take time to understand your concerns, review your health history, and introduce the comprehensive wellness services we offer. This visit is designed to help potential patients evaluate whether our approach is the right fit for their needs and goals.
    That said, we deeply regret that you felt this wasnt clearly communicated or that the consultation didnt meet your expectations. While our care programs are entirely optional, we understand that financial considerations are real and important. Our intention is never to cause anyone to feel pressured or misled.
