This company is using the property managers cleaning company to overcharge and scam residents when they move out. The property manager is *******************, I believe he is also the brother of the man that owns Access, *******************. They charged $550 of our $1300 security deposit to clean my wife and I's almost spotless apartment. On top of this, they hired a third party maintenance company to fix some blinds after we moved out, blinds we had sent maintenance requests in for months before moving out. Somehow this ended up costing $513 of our security deposit, $260 of it was "labor". Again, this was after months of my wife and I requesting these blinds be fixed by maintenance. I also find it very suspicious that the cleaning company their property manager owns has no website and no physical business location from what I can tell. The address listed for Grand Maintenance and Cleaning is just some random house in ******, **********. These people are scam artists.

      Business Response

      Date: 08/26/2024

After reviewing the file for this property and talking to the property manager and vendors, I find the complaints made to be baseless.  I attached a few pictures so you can get an idea of the degree of filth left behind by this tenant.  The cleaning charges are obviously legitimate.  The same applies to the charges for maintenance.  Multiple sets of blinds were ruined by the tenants' cats and that is why the blinds were not replaced during the tenancy.  After viewing the damage himself, the owner of the property decided not to replace the blinds because it was rather obvious that the cats would once again just destory them (see the attached pics).

All vendors used by our company including those of related parties are properly licensed, bonded, and insured without exception.  All work performed is well supported by pictures and completely legitimate.
