      What a great company. Our experience from the salesperson through to all of the workers was stellar. The customer service was prompt and excellent, and the workmanship is out of this world. They returned promptly to remedy a couple of small things I fussed about on the property (not the roof), and were happy to do it!I have to give a big shout out to our salesman **** and the rest of the crew for making this process easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this local contractor. I see now how they got their Master Elite GAF status! As an extra bonus, their quote was thousands of dollars less than that "out of town" contractor door knocking in our neighborhood, and for more services and work; and their contract isn't skewed to their favor like the other contractor.We are SO happy with the workmanship and service we received! I don't hesitate to highly recommend.

      This business charges for extra materials that *** or *** not be used. Costumer does not get any refund and company keeps the extra materials.

      Hi *****, we are sorry that you did not have an excellent experience with our company. We always send extra material to our job sites in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as material defects or rot. We do not charge the customer for the extra material that is on site, so we cannot offer any refunds for the extra materials. We apologize if this was not adequately conveyed to you.
