      I'm doing a cross country bicycle tour. I had an encounter with one of their security guards. I pulled up to the entrance of a ******* on my $9000 touring bike. decked out with all the top of the line bells and whistles. I was wearing a $2000 outfit of cloths. just to set the scene. VERY OBVIOUSLY NOT SOME DRUG ADDICT ON A *****************. I get off my bike. set the kickstand. and stepped to the corner of the building to take a couple puffs off of a cigarette. then out it back out. and walked back to my bike. at this point I'd been on the property for LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. the security guard walks up and says" you waiting on someone" I said "no. and what's it to you. ive been here less than a minute. im about to go in and buy groceries" he starts spouting off about no loitering.( which by law any individual has the right to be on a piece of commercial property for 30 minutes before they can be considering loitering) and then gets on his phone and calls the cops to have me "trespassed" my response was" is your D*** THAT LITTLE. LETS SEE WHAT THE ******* MANAGER THINKS." I TURNED TO WALK IN THE STORE TO GET THE MANAGER AND HE GRABBED ME BY THE **** AND I SNATCHED MY ARM BACK AND TOLD HIM IF HE TOUCHED ME AGAIN ID BEAT HIS ARS ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT BEFORE HAVING HIS ARS ARRESTED AND SUING HIM and I walked inside and got the manager. by the time I got back outside. hed run and hid somewhere. this company should consider the legal liability of having an idiot like that working for them. ill be in town for a couple of weeks. and im going to make sure I come here EVERY DAY. and next time he puts his hands on me. ill shoot him in the face with my byrna tear gas launcher. and be out of jail before the days over. hope I don't accidentally hit him in the ************ of the ******* said he's been an ongoing problem for a while now. so if the company won't do anything about him. I will and the company can pay his medical bills. maybe it'll teach them to listen to complaints.
