    On 1/22/24, I purchased four Packrite mattress bags (3 king/queen size; 1 twin/full size), which I wound up not needing, for $32.60 total. I never opened the packaging for any of the mattress bags, which I tried to return on 1/26/24. The store employee told me they do not take returns and I'd have to speak to the manager, ******/D'***** (?), to see if she'd make an exception. I tried calling four times but was never successful in reaching her so I finally sent an email stating the above and that there was no "NO RETURNS" policy posted. Her email reply says: "The reason why there is no return policy on the receipt or in store is because we do not accept returns." Expecting a consumer to be clairvoyant to guess the store's policy on returns because of its absence on a receipt--one receives only AFTER purchase--and because they don't have a sign saying so, is ludicrous. I would like my $32.60 refunded for the return of unopened product.

    To whom it may concern,

    Typically we do not offer merchandise refunds as all sales are final however, we do know that on occasions things can come up and we always want to do our best to satisfy all customer requests.

    With this said, our area manager will be reaching out to  to customer  address all questions and concerns, along with processing a refund.
