      would give 0 stars if I could Aaa towed my car there after I called with a stuck gear. **** took the call. Said..sure bring it in. So I had the car towed there he took Possession of the vehicle and had me signed some papers. I called the next day to see what was going on and he explained to me that he didn't have anybody to look at the car until sometime in The Middle of the following week he NEVER disclosed this information to me when I dropped the car off or when I talked to him on the phone to begin with. Then he told me that his diagnostic guy was out with appendicitis and wouldn't be back for 3 weeks and that he couldn't get to the vehicle for 3 weeks I explained to him that I had aaa tow it to him I'm only allowed one tow with aaa. He told me to come and pick up the vehicle if I was unhappy with having to wait for 3 weeks I was furious I explained to him that I would have to tow the car to my home and then tow it again to another location for them to take a look at it he didn't offer to pay for the services of towing I'm taking him to court and for the cost of the towing. He's also very rude he made a statement of well you know honey I put my pants on one leg at a time. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle I addressed this issue with him and he was very rude and inconsiderate. He then tried to make up some story about how him and his other guy to did take a look at it and they couldn't figure out what had happened even though we had described to him in detail that we Know it's the pin that fell out of the gear shifter and it Needs to be fixed. I also had to beg for a copy of some sort of paperwork because I noticed in his reviews that he claims they have no record of the vehicle being there which is also ********. Also..when I got ready to go I asked him for his last name and he told me he didn't have to give it to me. I highly discourage anybody using this service and most of his reviews are his friends. I'll see you in court ****.
