    This company has caused major water damage to my roof and walls by their incompetency. We will be pursuing legal action against them for fraud and damages. We will also be filing a formal complaint with the state of WA state contractors board and Attorney General

    Do not use this company. I used Todhunter Glass to replace 2 windows this year and it has been the worst quality service I have ever experienced. The first window they replaced- they measured and ordered the wrong size window. When they came to install it they realized the mistake. They remeasured, reordered and installed it another day. Not a big deal, just the beginning of how they have wasted my time over and over again. The second window replacement they extensively chipped and damaged the window frame while trying to remove the old window. Then they went to the hardware store and bought **** to fill the chips in the window frame- trying to cover up the extensive damage done. The attempted repair looks terrible and is completely unsatisfactory, worse the small window crack we started the process with. This company has been incompetent, disrespectful and disorganized at every level. Several people from the company and the owner have been to our house at least six times now. They have remeasured the window and assured me they would order and replace the window and frame at their own cost for the damage done. Every time I call the company for an update they tell me they have lost the measurements and want to send another tech out to remeasure so they can order and replace it. They always give me excuses why they lost the measurements, havn't communicated any updates to me, and still have not ordered the new window. It has been 8 months and they have lost our window measurements again and still have not ordered or replaced the window. BEWARE.
