    I ordered a Woodstock shop fox drum sander through ********** and it arrived in May this year, so I've had it for about 5 months, but after 3months it decided to loose an internal part due to obvious defect, so I called the company and asked if they could send me the part and since I'm under warranty they agreed. HOWEVER they were on back order of the part and said it would be 2 weeks before I get it. 2 months later and I'm getting emails that they can't get the part in si I'm stuck with an $1825.75 machine under warranty that doesn't work. So I called them for a refund cause I'm trying to start my own business, so I need it to work, so I could try another brand and they said since I bought it through ********** that ********** would need to do a refund, HOWEVER Home depots return time of 3 months had ran out due to waiting for this part that they couldn't get to me. They are the ones with the 2 year warranty and when I called them for the part they had me on file so I would think they would be responsible for refunding my money. Now I'm stuck with a credit card bill, no working machine and no idea what to do. Please help.
