      I have a membership with Sunrise Resort in *************. I purchased the membership as part of a vacation property purchase for a cabin on a nearby island. The resort provides lake access and parking for ingress and egress. Although paying yearly dues, they have charged for parking And paddle boat moorage (which I've paid) to now when they have denied me total access. My neighbors have experienced the same problems. They are my only 24 hour source for access to my property.

      We requested to move to another site in the middle of February do to our concern for safety. We were thankfully moved to another site as a result. The original site was near the entrance of *************. We had a possible break in. One of the managers also informed us that an individual was recently kicked out of the park that loitering in the restroom/shower facilities. The new spot that we were moved to was a significantly smaller spot, Not premium. Others in the park pay closer to $900.00 per month for the spot we were moved to. For the full month of March we were charged $1234.45 per month(premium pricing). We should have been charged about $900.00/mo. Weve been excellent tenants since July, paying monthly. Weve been very transparent that we have been house shopping since weve been tenants here. Weve also offered to provide our house contracts to be even more transparent that we have been actively trying to find a home. In turn after a conversation with ******(owner/manager) she called us wishy-washy over the phone. Weve done our due diligence to keep them informed when weve needed to extend our monthly contracts. Every time that weve requested, there was no push back to extend. This over charge, and conflict only came when we requested to move again for our fear of our safety.

      The bathroom has a giant patch of mold above the area above ********* The floors and walls are absolutely filthy and have not been cleaned in a very long time.

      Management at Pier four in **********, ** does not do any sort of managing. Our power is constantly going out, peoples rv plugs have literally caught on fire and ****** does not take any responsibility for the issues a lot of people are having here. The only thing that we have seen get fixed is Calvins motorcycle. My fianc and I have left several messages for ****** and have tried to wave him down to speak to him about the issues we have had, but he does not return our messages and blatantly ignores us in person. We are not the only people who are FED UP with the way ****** and ***** are running this place. We dont mind paying extra for our spot during the summer IF normal maintenance, landscaping, etc. are done, but they are not.
