    Ordered product on 12/15/2024, never received anything. Multiple emails sent, absolute radio silence. The only way you can get a response from the guy is when you exspose him and message him on every single social media platform. Apparently Im not the only person this has happened too. Hes very popular on ********, multiple post about him scamming, never sending the purchased product to the consumer.

    Paid for a product that says I was on back order. It's been 9 months. They will not respond to my emails. Or anything like tdad, I frankly. Just want my my money back or my product. They also are selling package deals with the product that I paid for in it. That says they are in stock. Again, they will not respond to anybody else. Or. You know give me a bit of any i've sent six or seven emails

    They have completely ignored all ways of contacting them, its been over 6 months with no Reponses or updates to my order, or my refund request. Totally unprofessional social media is only making this worse, and now i have come to find that many others have the same issues with them as I do.

    Obviously an extremely rude response, not reasonable either. Sadly they only would seem to reply to my queries through BBB, I  would like a representative to view the business's response and make their own decision.

    We ordered a cable (28 pin ****** cable replacement for Ostrich, Model # EMUC2818) for my boyfriend to tune his car, a few months ago, it was supposed to have arrived already multiple times and nothing has shown up. Upon becoming suspicious of this we looked at their reviews only to see this has been happening to others as well.

    Customers payment details were never charged. Customer NEVER PAID for anything therfore nothing was shipped. We made attempt to charge the payment method provided and it was DECLINED. So why would we ship something without being paid?

    I ordered an ECU from BoostedNW on 10/10/2024, and since I ordered my order has been "pending". I paid $505 with my order number (5937) via "Cashapp" on 10/10/204 at 9:54 AM, to which the company's Cashapp account accepted the money and replied with a thumbs-up emoji. This is a valid payment method according to the company. The company's website states that payments will not be taken from the card until the order is shipped. A month later on 11/11/2024 at 6:14 PM, I tried to request my money back and requested my order be canceled via Cashapp because my order still says "pending" in my order's status. The company states it will not be canceling orders because it takes too much time at *************************************************. They also do not reply to emails under the Contact Us section of their page. However, they do have the time to take our money and post many derogatory things about people complaining on their ******** and Instagram pages. I think it is a little absurd that a company can keep taking money for things they claim they have in stock and not ship them, then bury the fact that it could be over a month until your items ship behind multiple hyperlinks. Then to put salt in the wound they insult their customers when they just want to know when they are getting the products they spent their hard-earned money on.
