The infomercial is terrible. Classic scam material. “But this and all will be well. You’ll get free exercise information’later’-ie never. And today only, get this price (worth sooo much more) and this free.” Etc, etc,etc. And…my mum had cancer, survived , then was devastated with bladder leakage. Bringing her mother into it. Should have been my sign… But… I took the chance, bought the program, helped to make someone wealthy. And, of course, the program is a dud. I knew better. Trying to get a refund now.
UPDATE 6/16/25:
I just want to add that they refunded the purchase price and do stand by their "no risk" guarantee.

That is probably what caused the price to increase. All pricing is shown on the right side of the checkout window. In regards to my monthly subscription, I offer that as a 14 day free trial. You have to opt-in during checkout in order for the subscription to become active. After 14 days (if it's not canceled), the monthly subscription charge goes into effect. As a woman and a videographer, I found the video insanely long and repetitive and really misleading. While the technique may be seriously useful, I am thoroughly annoyed that the speaker says she’s going to show the viewer one simple 17 second sequence near the start of the video and never does. Moreover what’s with all b- roll women doing classic yoga poses? What’s that got to do with the “one simple exercise”? And why is the physical version of the program the same price as the download? There’s no cost to you to link to a download. While I appreciate the need we have to make money, if this actually works, she should be giving it away. Every urologist and gyno should get the link. She can make her money teaching yoga or pilates or doing other forms of PT. If this works EVERYONE should know about it!Pelvicfloorstrong.com

Soooooo long of a video to watch!! I ended up stopping. My question is- if a few stretches for upper body are “the simple answer” to the pelvic floor transformation- then why do we need a whole other program that costs over $50? Simple stretches done in 17 minutes could easily have been demonstrated in a few minutes, instead of repetitive talk. Please- do yourself a favour and stop giving extremely lengthy, overly repetitive talks that turn interested people off. If you TRULY want to help- get to the point, demonstrate your info, and THEN people may be interested in your program.Pelvicfloorstrong.com

This is a scam. I listened to an endlessly repetitve video for a ridiculous amount of my time and paid over $50 to buy the pelvic floor strong program. It came as a digital download and turned out NOT to be the full pelvis floor strong program. That costs an extra $99! I have written and called them to get a full refund. I'd leave NO STARS if I could. What a joke... You give False Hope to people looking for help and make them sit through a 45 Minute presentation, Repeatedly Hearing that Alex would show you exercises that would "CURE" your problem "In Just A Minute". You and your video just WASTED 45 MINUTES OF MY TIME. Time, that I could have been using to Find Something, or Someone, that Could, or Would, even just TRY to help me. Not some Pretentious Charlatan that has No Certifications (that I found) in the Medical field, making promises and false hope to people in need... I Can't Afford your "Program" to learn the exercises that were Repeatedly Promised for Free. NO, I Did Not buy Alex's "Program, I am Low Income and Disabled. I think the video was to long & she repeated herself many times. Alex kept saying she was going to show 3 exercises next & never did. I did place an order, but there was no mention of the free back video from her friend in my order that you get for signing up for Alex's program. I think Alex is full of it. She repeatedly expresses her genuine concern for women experiencing bladder leakage and how she has the answer.
