    This place used to be good but now they're terrible. Took our motorhome in for a $3,000 brake job and then the first time out the front brakes drug and caught on fire, the brakes faded and we almost had a horrible crash going down a hill. Then they wouldn't stand behind it. Also had them adjust the parking brake and the guy broke the bracket that holds the pedal to the dashboard and they deny it. To top it off they put the rear wheels on wrong and I can't get to the inflation valves on the inner or outer wheel. They told me to take it to a tire shop which is ridiculous. Don't ever ever go there

    With your initial visit, you came in with your left rear brakes being metal on metal & the caliper zip tied to the leaf spring. Your e-brake cable was loose & stretched. We advised you that we could tighten it some but due to the stretching, it would not be a massive adjustment.  We did the work you approved.
    When you returned for us to look at the e-brake again &find a rotational noise 8/16. After looking at it, you agreed to come back 8/19. There was ZERO mention of brakes catching fire until you started texting our service line & leaving reviews. You would not allow our staff to even complete a sentence without interrupting & insulting them. You were vile in speaking to our staff. Also trying to barge into the shop even after being advised not to, customers are allowed in the shop per OSHA. Had you remained calm we could have helped you, but you decided to be belligerent. We understand when things don't go as expected, there is some frustration, but we can't work with someone who won't even let us speak. Parts & labor come with a warranty, so the only reason you didnt get help was your behavior. We also have video of the entire incident showing your poor behavior, throwing a sign, running over a sign, and almost running over an employee as well, resulting in a trespass by the police. We encourage people to leave ****** reviews as expectations & experiences are different person to person, but don't tell half the story.

    The response makes no sense. The first two sentences have nothing to do with the terrible work and lack of customer service. They fail to mention I had already brought the rig back in three times to resolve issues due to terrible workmanship (or lack of), each time it actually was returned worse than before. Throughout this entire time I stayed patient and polite. The last time the mechanic improperly installed the wheel again, this time even worse as neither the inside or outside air valves were accessible. I was shocked. They never mentioned that. I showed it to her, she went and talked to *****, then came back and said I needed to take it to a tire shop which is ridiculous; it was never that way before. At this time I finally lost my patience as it was unbelievable the guy does not even know how to install a wheel (hub cap as it turned out). ***** was hiding in rear of the shop and would not even come out to look at the mess or talk to me. So I yelled at him, quite appropriately under the circumstances.At no time did I make an attempt to enter the shop, so that's another flat-out lie. I merely walked down outside to talk to ***** and she told me I could not even talk to him. This angered me even more. He should have come out and had someone install it correctly, instead I'm supposed to pay a tire shop to do it! After getting it checked only problem was the hub cap needed to be rotated, 5 minute fix that ******* shop couldn't do. The mechanic messed up several times and should not be working there; proper brakes and kind of important.I also had asked for a brake clicking noise to be checked, they told me it went away when he installed the wheel (improperly). I got out of there and on the way the noise was not gone, in fact louder than before. So he lied. Also they never even mentioned that the wheel was installed wrong, just said it was ready to go. Another lie. They also said the e-brake was fixed, upon checking the pedal bracket was actually broken loose and didn't work well. Never mentioned. BTW the rear wheel was installed improperly, but the clicking sound is obviously in the front right (still) !I did not run over the sign although it did get knocked over when I was backing up to leave, nor was I even close to run over the mechanic that came running out right behind the motorhome. More lies.I have made an appointment with another shop to have the brakes checked completely as after this debacle I have no faith the brakes will work reliably. More $$$$$This all occurred after we initially picked the rig up from the $3000 brake job, and the first time out the front brakes were dragging, creating a toxic smell in the cabin and visible smoke pouring out of the front wheels from the burning brakes . At that time, the brakes began to fade going down a hill and we were lucky to stop, narrowly avoiding a terrible accident with several people in the motorhome. I took it back in and they said it needed new brake lines (should have been done originally, and obviously not a sufficient road test after the work). I paid for new hoses. That is another lie: I obviously told her the brakes had burned up.She complains about my attitude. a totally dissatisfied customer, but indeed I have never received such a negative and vile response from a business before. She was yelling at me; blame the victim time. I will never go there again as well as everyone I know. I been around 71 years and never experienced anything like this with terrible/dangerous work and vile customer service. Problems not resolved and no way I'd go anywhere near that place again.
