The problem started when I asked to switch my parking spot because I slipped and I fell, and I have back problem so I asked them if I could switch after my neighbor moved out. I didn&#**;t think it would be an issue because when I first moved in, I didn&#**;t have an assigned parking. When one of my neighbors moved out I asked if I could take their parking spot, and it wasn&#**;t a problem at all. When I asked the new apartment manager, she said she had to contact a lawyer for me to switch my parking spot closer to my house. I contacted her supervisor thinking we were going to solve the problem. Me contacting her supervisor caused a problem between me and her. It took about a month and I had to constantly message her, and she said I had to get a doctor&#**;s note. I got a doctor&#**;s note that same day and then after this I started basically getting 10 days to comply or vacate. After this happened, I received three 10 days to comply or vacate, but I believe she accidentally sent me the emails that the tenants wrote her, with all the tenants&#**; information on it. I reached out to her supervisor and her supervisor said the apartment manager never sent me the emails that the tenants sent to the apartment manager. 2) I couldn&#**;t fit my car in the garage, and I had to contact Northwest Justice, who said that legally I should not have to park my car in the garage if it doesn&#**;t fit. Two weeks later, the maintenance man and the apartment manager came in to take measurements. I was proven right that my car couldn&#**;t fit in the garage. With that, when I told them my car didn&#**;t fit, they sent me back an email that I had to explain to them the stuff I had in my garage, when I had barely nothing in the garage. The only reason why it couldn&#**;t fit in my garage is because of how they had the washer and dryer positioned. 3) They tried to tow one of my vehicles. I kept getting a flat tire, so they told me I had to fix it before 9am. When they first put the tow sticker on my vehicle, I tried to call and email her but there was no response. I fixed the car by 8:30 am. They had a tow truck at 8:45am ready to tow my car, and I have this on video. They tried to tow my car, which I fixed my tire. The maintenance man (I believe) took a picture of my car around 8 in the morning, and then must have took the license registration tag off my car. When I showed him that my tire was fixed, he still was trying to tow my car. The tow truck driver noticed that my tags were expired, which they weren&#**;t, somebody took the tags off my car. I got a paper in the mail showing that my tags weren&#**;t expired. I tried to go and show the apartment manager that my tags were not expired, and she refused to open the door to me. 4) Two days after me losing my mother, the apartment manager was calling me, telling me (not asking me), that I had some man living in my house with an older Lexus car. I guess she said that they found marijuana residue in the car. I kept on telling the apartment manager that I had no man living with me, it was just me and my two kids. I explained to her that I had just lost my mother and to please just leave me alone. She calls me back a week and a half after that, again with the same thing telling me about this same man. Then she calls me back again a couple days after that at 8:30 in the morning before the office is open, saying she got me she got me, that she knows this man is living with me and she said something about a scooter. I explained to her that my son doesn&#**;t have a scooter or a bike, they&#**;ve all gotten stolen. When my son came home from school, I asked my son whose scooter was he using. He told me that he was using the neighbor&#**;s older son&#**;s scooter. I contacted the apartment manager so she could finally leave me alone and I could grieve my mother in peace, and I told her where the car was coming from so she could leave me alone. After that, she tells the tenants that I was complaining about this vehicle. I was walking to my car and I had this older lady trying to literally fight me, saying "what did my family do to you?". I had to explain to this lady that I was not complaining about that vehicle, and that the apartment manager was harassing me. 5) I wrote a review on their website in June. After I did that, I received two additional 10 days to comply or vacate from the maintenance man. I received another 10 days to comply or vacate from the apartment manager for saying "I&#**;m sick of this s***" while I was on the phone with my daughter&#**;s aunt. I had no other choice but to move out, because I receive Section 8. If I were to receive four 10 days to comply, then I lose my housing.

    Business Response

    Date: 01/29/2024

    1. Requested change of a parking space from #7 to Number #6 which was closer to her home.  Resident informed us that she needed the change as she was disabled.  Accommodation Requests are sent to our attorney who responded that we need proof of the disability requiring a change.  Resident sent a placard and a doctor ****** which was approved.  Note that a placard had never been displayed in one of the cars previously.  The departing resident that was assigned the requested space turned in keys on 3/31/22 and she was given the new space 4/1/22.
    2. Both of her cars had previously been in the garage, both fit.  Per the lease, one car must use the garage to free up space in the outside lot.  Other residents with the exact same unit type and garage also park in the garage per the rules.  Some even have larger cars than she did and park in their garages per the rules.  The washer/dryers in the other units are positioned the same as in this residents unit without complaint.
    3. Per the lease, vehicles cannot be on the property when inoperable or have a flat tire.  Per her own admission here she said her car kept getting a flat tire which is a repeated violation.  Maintenance received a call from the tow-truck driver at 8:59 AM  and arrived at the vehicle at 9:02 AM for the incident she mentioned.  NOTE that other residents that received towing notices had removed or repaired their vehicles prior to 4/3/23.  No one working for the property removed the tabs from any vehicle.
    4. To address her #4:  The manager called a few nearby residents trying to locate the owner of an unregistered vehicle that had been on the property daily.  No resident was accused of anything, no one was told that this resident turned in the vehicle.
We have no real idea why the 2 were fighting.
There was no scooter conversation brought up by Management at all associated with this or any other incident.
    5. There was only one Comply Notice issued after the review which was concerning a member of the household: Pulled branch off a tree hitting 2 other residents, yelling foul language, throwing a football and hitting another resident in the back causing her to fall face first in the driveway.

Security Deposit:  More than 5-months ago,Resident was sent all invoices associated with the condition of the unit upon move-out along with the Move-in Inspection she filled in during the time of the move-in as comparison.  All charges for damages and cleaning are accurate.
