    The issues began at the initial lease signing, where there were multiple miscommunications between the staff and the leasing office manager causing confusion, redundancies and frustration. Upon moving in it was apparent the condition of the unit was not clean, had a severe moth infestation and multiple issues were discovered. Dead moth remains covered every interior wall and ceiling. The dryer did not work. Cabinets were falling off hinges. The kitchen sink faucet malfunctions. The sliding closet doors tracks were broken causing safety concerns. Multiple slates on the blinds were broken and one windows blinds are slightly too long causing issues with opening and closing. Additionally, there are numerous maintenance concerns that have not been addressed, including: Mismatched paint on the walls - upon move-in and still not corrected Paint peeling off doors - upon move-in and still not corrected Paint peeling in sinks - upon move-in and still not corrected Evidence of bugs behind refrigerator - since February and still not corrected The timer in the laundry closet is malfunctioned, creating a loud sound, disturbing peace - since February and still not corrected Despite my continuous efforts to seek resolution, the same issues persist without any meaningful response or action from the on-site management team. Given these circumstances, I am requesting immediate contact from upper management to discuss and remedy the following: 1. Immediate remediation of the pest infestation 2. Thorough cleaning of the apartment including walls. (the cleaners hired to remove the dead moth remains only wiped what was visible and now there are wipe marks throughout.) 3. Repair and repainting of mismatched and peeling paint on walls, doors, and sinks. 4. Prompt attention to all outstanding maintenance requests. 5. Compensation for the significant inconvenience and lack of use of the property due to these unresolved issues.
