I Zelled ***** ****** $910.00 on 11/12 to have 1 hour private training lessons with my dog. On 12/10 it transition to board and train where I paid an additional $4,190. This money was split between Nitro k9 and JJ Boarding. They work together for board and train. Before my dog went to boarding school I expressed doubt about ******* (boarding owner) to the trainer North. When Potato was gone I was sent a video from ******* that I expressed concern to ***** and ******* about. To me I thought it looked like my dog was abused but they assured me he wasnt. When I picked up my dog, Potato, he had cuts on his face and leg, he was under weight (which is weird because there was maybe a cup of food left out of a brand new bag that lasts me 2 months even tho he was there for 1 month), his bed and blankets smells like pee and ***** matter, he wouldnt eat at my house and seemed depressed. I brought up these concerns and was assured everything was ok. Im 24 years old and I decided to let it go. At 8:30pm on 2/6 ***** said he urgently needed to talk to me. (Unprofessional time). He basically told me my dog was abused and he has no relationship with the boarding facility anymore. After a few days I decided to ask for a 50% refund and that I would share my experiences if he opened a case. He told me he wont provide me a refund but I could ask for a refund from the boarding place. I didnt respond and proceeded to text *******. ******* said she wont be providing me a refund because she is the one no longer working with Nitro since they do not provide the correct amount of training and support to the dogs she boarded. She also shared with me shes ****** ***** so it looks like I got put in the middle of the lawsuit. I dont know who or what to believe. All I know is dog abuse is unacceptable, this situation is unprofessional, and I want a full refund.

The boarding is not through me - the issues here are with the boarding - we did our job, sold her additional lessons to support and offered further support at no charge -

I lost a friend and an employee and its very sad

I am rejecting this response because: the boarding business said in writing that Nitro K9 did not hold up their end of the contract I signed. Its he said she said at this point because both parties are claiming the other neglected my dog. This situation is extremely unprofessional. Both businesses are associated with each other. Id like a full refund or Im pursuing further action. My dog is a living animal and doesnt deserve this.

    Sincerely,

I did all the training I was supposed to do - we even offered further training free of charge as extra support - there is nothing I can do about J.J. Dog boarding - youre trying to claim victimhood to steal free services and its not gonna happen - our contract clearly states no refunds -

    thank you
