    We entered into an agreement with Maser Hardwood Flooring LLC in Feb 2022. Work concluded in May 2022. In December 2022, I emailed them to let them know that we were having quality issues with his work. The NEW floor boards he had installed were separating (there were gaps) and we had similar issues with the refinished floors. It took me multiple times of emailing them, to get a response. He responded in January 2023 (ignoring multiple follow *** from me), telling me to WAIT and said this is a common experience due to seasonal movement and told me to follow up again in in a few months. I followed up in May 2023. He again told me to wait at least 30 more days. At this time, I sent him photos (May 2023) so he could see the issue. I followed up again in August 2023 and multiple times until September 2023. He finally replied in September 2023 and asked me what days he could come out to fix the issues we were experiencing. We provided the days and he never showed up, never replied back. I have been emailing him and leaving messages since then (it is now Dec 2023) and NO RESPONSE. I believe he intentionally defrauded us out of being able to use the warranty that he promises in the agreement he made us sign, but making us wait and wait and wait. In almost all of our rooms that they worked in, we have quality issues with the boards separating. This is very ***etting. He owes us at LEAST fixing the issues he left, or then a full refund.
