      Between 9-10 AM on 06/29/2024, I visited Worthington Licensing, located at *************************************I waited a while and talked to ***** about getting a new title on behalf of my aunt, who is the vehicle owner.I provided a copy of a power of attorney. ***** says they need to check with coworkers, and coworkers say they need to send it to ******* to check because they are unsure and need to come back on weekdays because Olympia doesn't operate on weekends.I am very disappointed that professionals who work on behalf of the state dont know their jobs.

      I apologize that we were unable to assist you on Saturday, June 29th, 2024, when you visited our office. As a subagent who is contracted with the State and held to a 100% accuracy rating, we must follow State laws and policies and, in some situations, this requires contacting the State for clarification, authorization and/or assistance. This is not only to protect our jobs and small business, but also to protect our customers. To better serve our community, we are open 6 days a week, including Saturdays. It is unfortunate that the State does not work on Saturdays and that in some cases there are customers who we are unable to help on Saturdays due to needing State assistance. I hope you will return to our office and allow our highly experienced employees to assist you.
