      May 10, 2023 I signed an agreement for services. I paid $3,000.00 to design online business. Spoken to some of there web design people, and decided it was not something I would like to do. Gave my three business day notice to cancel, after which was called by **** that talked me into canceling my decision to cancel. That was on May 13, 2023. Have not spoken to him since. Then was contacted by ******, who was the go between guy when you need help. I am sending his text concerning our conversation. Which was the last conversation that was recorded. I told him that this business was fraudulent and he said not. I like a full refund from this business they have not delivered neither seem as though they will deliver. I been taking and I would like you to help me to solve this case. Nothing was done that they agreed to by contract. Heres our conversation by text:Hey, ****** how is everything going? How are you getting along with your instructor? How do you feel about your logo? Please call if you need anything. I am here to help you with this venture. Make sure you are asking for your asking for you password. Please respond so I know you have received this message.Hello ******,Have not spoken with *****. She called yesterday at 11:52, I called her back to schedule an appointment with her. But I have yet to her from her. Thanks Sorry for the late response did she call you yet?No she has not. ****************. This is ****** checking in again we should be getting a little closer to going live. Are you picking out products yet? how do you feel about the process so far? is there anything you need help with? Please respond so I know you have received this message.Hello ****** Nothing has happened. Have not spoke to ***** or no one. Can I just gracefully get out, and what ever funds that can be refunded. There is no process!Thank you for your concern. Our conversation over a week, and still no response.
