  This company has failed to respond to e-mails with progressive assistance. They offer a product that is at best generic. You are supposedly buying an online drop shipping company. They fail to disclose that they really don’t offer you any assistance in marketing your business, nor do they offer you training they you can follow. I state this for the video training provided is so grainy and the audio is so low. I wrote this company about this and their response was to buy an external speaker and that they could do NOTHING about the quality of their videos. The person who is to be your guide I found dismissive and rude. The person selling the product LIED from the onset and the guide stated they couldn’t fulfill what was stated. The WEB DESIGN team failed to respond to my request for 2 months. They only responded after asking a third party to intervene. That response basically stated that I had no say in what my webpage would look like. This company did not advise up front the length of time it would take to get your website live. I’ve been at this now 4 months with no gains.They desire you to take ownership of a webpage but, you can’t get a breakdown of where your funds have been spent to register or by a domain name etc. There is no real direct contact via email only a phone number and you are dismissed when dealing with your supposedly guide or ACCOUNT person. I don’t suggest anyone to do business with ONLINE MEDIA SOLUTION in Bothell, WA. I would rate this company as a SCAM. Your information is pushed unto others to make more money while you make NONE.

  Dear Ms. ************* would like to advise that Online Media Solution hereafter referred to as *** takes matters like this very seriously.
  We have reviewed your claims thoroughly.  At the onset we would like to state that all purchases made with *** are governed by a contract which contains the description of services to be provided, the description of services for your purchase does not contain marketing therefore marketing services are not owed.  If you would like to discuss adding marketing services this can be arranged.
  With regards to your complaint about sound quality in training videos, the suggestion to add external speakers was made as we were not able to recreate the issue you described. 
  Addressing your complaint about design, the delay was due to images provided by you violated copyright laws.  You were advised that we could not use those images and referred you to an authorized source to avoid potentially having the website flagged or removed for violating those lays. 
  The length of time to launch a website is solely dependent on the client being in the right position to do so as there is much more to the process than just having a website design.  We have also investigated your claim regarding lack of contact/response and find this to be disingenuous as your account notes indicate that you have been in contact with staff on average every 4 days.

  I started the process with this company the latter part of October from an advertisement off of TikTok. The advertisement stated that this company would give your business a spot on not just 1 platform but 100 spots which is what I signed up for. If you state you are doing this, this would have to have a marketing technique. Now, you desire to claim there is no marketing associated with the package I purchased. I spoke with the so called Account manager who is more than rude and dismissive. I asked several times about when I would be able to make money never with a clear response. I have asked for an itemization of how the funds I put into this SCAM were utilized. Still no response to date.I was never advised that AI could not be used to come up with a design. Although I submitted my request early on. I did not hear back from that department until I made three request via a third party & once I wrote the BBB. Only then did they write an email asking me to submit something different. Of course with no guidance. My information was given to the drop shipping department to call me to try & get me to buy a higher package.After being asked to complete a task of placing ******* products on the site.Which in order to do this you have to buy a package allowing you to complete the task. Knowing that the free package only allowed you to place 30 products for free. Of course desiring to succeed I purchased a package. To no avail for by the time I would have come up online the three months I purchased would require more money out of pocket. I got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the funds I spent for the so called training surpassed that limit.Speaking of the amount of time spent with me on the phone it was spread out two weeks at a time. And, yes I would get sometimes two appoints in a week. Note my time is just as valuable. Im fully aware that a WEBPAGE is not the only factor in running a business, but to state that a person can start making money by doing drop shipping without a full disclosure is fraudulent. This company gave the impression that after training you would make money is a flat out LIE. You would be asked to come up with more and more funds to either be placed on a certain search engine, buy a package to keep products up on your webpage, advertise at a more premium cost, getting a website name, establishing a calling system, state registration before you go live etc. etc.NONE of this is disclosed ahead of time. So this company gives you a rabbit hole to go down swindling you out of more funds. I have purposely waited to see if this company would reach out to me and they have not. This says a great deal about how they do so called business. Again, I would not recommend anyone to do business with *** in ********, ***********I still await an itemization on how my funds I paid out were utilized.

  Dear Ms. **************** and foremost, *** has never advertised on TikTok or any other social media platform, nor do we provide services for that platform. Based on the details of your statements, it is clear that you have mistaken *** for a different company given that the majority of your complaints are about services that *** does not and are not contracted to provide.
  Upon reviewing your contract with ***, you will see that you purchased a website design package that includes coaching and training. *** is not contracted to provide marketing services under this agreement. Additionally, *** does not utilize AI, nor is it included in our service descriptions.
  Our contract explicitly states that we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes or search engine rankings. In fact, this is clearly outlined in the Limitations of Services section of the agreement, directly next to your initials. This was also reviewed and accepted by you during your recorded verification call.
