If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a full product refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with all materials in excellent condition. Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received. No cash refunds. You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less initial shipping costs.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. When we run out of stock of an item we will wait for it before shipping your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
Event Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a Healthy Edge sponsored event within the first 7 days of your registration, you are eligible for a complete refund. If after 7 days of your registration you find you are unable to attend the event, we will convert the amount paid on your event registration to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any future Healthy Edge event for up to one full year from your original event date.
Your ticket to an event is transferable to another qualified Healthy Edge Coach within 30 days of the same event date.

Payment and Credit Cards
We accept PayPal and credit card payments only. We do not accept money orders. You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options on the website.
