    I ordered on 9/24 and funds were promptly withdrawn from my account on 9/25. I emailed on 9:27 and received a response blaming increased volume and logistical problems for the delay and indicating a 10% discount which has never been applied. This email also offered ability to cancel the order. I gave some time given the stated difficulty but after no progress on my order on 10/9 I emailed asking to cancel the order. On 10/10 the company responded indicating the order was shipped and cannot be cancelled which was incorrect as the tracking information indicated **** had not received the package, only a label had been created. I sent several emails on 10/10 and 10/11 to address this but never received a response. I sent a message on 10/17 that was finally responded to indicating the product actually reached **** which it had on 10/17 several hours after my email was sent. The company offered to accept a return of an unopened package. On 10/19 I asked for a return shipping label as I took several steps in good faith to stop this order from proceeding to this point. I have not received a response back. Any communication to this team seem to be ignored unless you ask to cancel or indicate you will take further action. I am looking for a refund of my money and a prepaid return shipping label at this time.

    I ordered lingerie on September 10, 2024 from The Bralette Co. I received three of the five items I ordered in two separate deliveries. I emailed them a total of five times and received no response. I asked when they think the two remaining items of my order will be sent. In my last email, on October 3, I mentioned that if I did not hear from them I would be contacting the BBB. I did not receive a response.Their stated shipping is Standard First Class Shipping, and ships in 4-7 business ******* order was placed on September 10, 2024 and it now October 6, 2024, so it has been almost a month with no response from the company after repeated attempts by me to email them, which is th only option given to contact ******* this point, I would like to receive a full refund for the two items I did not receive, which total $77 + the tax (which these are clothing items that I was taxed for in *********, where we do not have sales tax on clothing), and shipping, which divided by five itmes equals $88.64. My total for five items was $193. I attached a copy of my detailed receipt.

    I placed an order on August 22nd that totaled $152.20 consisting of 6 items. In the time since I have received 2 items. I have sent 3 emails in the last 2 weeks and called the number on the BBB page as well as messaged their ******** profile with no response.

    I purchased some clothing from this company in March. A week later, it said it was delivered. It was not at my house. I contacted ***** according to their records, it was delivered to the wrong address. They contacted the residents at the house it was misdelivered to, who said they dropped it off at a postal office location. They were unable to locate it, and advised me to have the company I ordered from file a claim. I have contacted The Bralette Company several times, through multiple communication methods, and have not heard anything back from them. I am unable to file the claim with **** as I am not the sender. Very poor communication and customer support from this company.
