    I needed a new roof on a commercial building - no small undertaking - and New World Builders was so wonderful to work with during the process. They are responsive, on time, up front, respectful and understanding. They took care of everything required for the roof, and had it replaced quickly. They kept me informed of everything they did. Recently I called them for an urgent check on the roof and they, without hesitation, went out the next day and took care of every detail that I was concerned about about and even those I did not mention. They always get back to me quickly and are so helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Knowing they are there to help with the roof should I need it is peace of mind and I am so grateful to have found such an upstanding company.

    Doing a re-roof project in non-summer months in the *** is not for the faint of heart, but the folks at New World Builders helped calm my shaky nerves on the days the rain came down.The estimation process with **** was great, and the bid was competitive with the other 5 bids I received. ***** knows the product, is experienced, and honestly the certification with *** was a big selling point.**** was also incredibly responsive during the job when I had concerns and questions. We had the added challenge of fixing some condensation/humidity issues in the attic so we needed to add an attic fan, but also quite a few more additional flapper vents for the exhaust fans. **** helped us get aligned with the crew.**** quickly called and came out to the house when I had concerns about roofing in poor weather conditions. We had a pause day due to light snow and I was reassured the *** TigerPaw would protect the decking. They were able to quickly restart the next day and finished up over the rest of the week. The end result looks great, and I can't thank **** and his crew enough. They are pros.I have found that when concerns and questions arise is when you really see if a company stands by their values. I can say that New World Builders showed they care about their customers.I can confidently recommend New World Builders for a reroofing project ... even in the wetter months.

    I highly recommend New World Builders for your roofing needs. I have had previous issues with roofs done in 2016 with a different company and because of these issues I am more careful and particular about hiring roofers and curious about what and how things are being done. In March, 5 roofing companies came to check on my roof to give me estimates. New World Builders was by far the most comprehensive in their roof inspection on my roof and inside my troubled attic. I appreciate the time **** took during the first estimation inspection. He took pictures and videos for me so I could see what he saw while he was on my roof and in my attic. After my roof was completed, **** took the time to do a final inspection of his work. **** made working with the New World Builders easy and even enjoyable.In the end, I know that the choice I made to have New World Builders work on my roofing needs was the best one.
