Any boyfriend and I just moved from small town ******** to **********. We had all of our belongings stored at this storage unit here. We are staying at his moms house at the moment, so everything we own was in this unit. We were there for 3months. The tuesday after labor day my boyfriend went to grab something from the unit and noticed everything was out of order and missing. He found a man hiding in our unit. He made him leave. A lot of our belongings are gone. Before we started looking through everything, we noticed a tin foil that was used for drugs on our stuff. we waited for the police to take care of it bc I was worried it had ********. The cop on scene confirmed the squatter was using ******** in our unit around all of our stuff. I had a friend pass away from being poisoned from ********, so i knew it was very dangerous. we cant even see what all is gone until the health department helps us. we are not allowed to touch it. The storage unit worker was extremely unprofessional about it. She seemed very nervous and we caught her in multiple lies about it. she said she called the police, but the cops said they never received a call. first lie. She said she was going to be busy looking through camera footage, but the cops on scene told us she told them they were all off line. part of our rent includes camera security. I have extremely valuable things in there that i know had to have been stolen for drug money now. there were multiple units broken into . She hasnt helped any of us and been lying as well. I just moved across country so money is tight. to have all of my sentimental value belongings messed with is very upsetting and she didnt care about it.

Hi I recently hurt my back at Trojan Storage **** ***********, Bothell, ** ***** and notified ******************* the district manager that if my back continues to give me problems I would seek medical attention. The business refuses to leave carts accessable for paying customers to use forcing us to lift all things you would store in a Rental Storage Unit (ie furniture and anything heavy). My Unit is on the second floor and to the far left of the building forcing me to walk further for cheaper rent, and that was fine when I signed the lease as there was carts available to reach the far side of the building with a cart carrying furniture and not me.If the business continues to break their lease agreement they should offer a discount for the inconvenience we as tenants should endure.

When Cubesmart became Trojan Storage, I needed to reset much of my information in their systems. I set up autopay and was assured I was good. That was not the case. I reached and worked with Trojan - and was again assured I was good to go. I was also charged for not having renters insurance. I provided my proof of insurance and thought I was good to go. In early December, I received notice that my payment was past due and I was charged for Trojan's insurance. I called Trojan, confirmed my payment and the $12 insurance fee was removed. I thought I was good. The next day or so, I received notification that my account was past due and I owed $12. I reached out and was told not to worry as the $12 would be approved by the supervisor and I'd be good. A few days later, I was charged a $51.08 late fee on top of the $12 I supposedly owed. I reached out again and was told the supervisor would sort this. After additional late notices, I paid the bill of $63.08 to prevent my property from being seized and sold. I also went to ****** and left a one-start rating - which prompted a cut and paste response, but no additional contact. I am looking to get my $63.08 and assurance that my autopay is correctly set up and I won't be charged for Trojan's insurance. Thank you.

    Good morning,

    Happy New Year!

Trojan contacted me earlier this week and we set up my autopay, using a signature form (that should have, but was not provided the first couple of times).

Today, my payment was processed - and the amount was decreased by $64.08.  I will follow on on that with Trojan.

I consider this matter satisfactorily closed.  Thank you very much for help.

    Regards,
