    I applied for an ecomm business and signed a contract with Prime LLC. I changed my mind and canceled within 3 business days according to the contract. My loan through *********************** was cancelled. I am still owed a $506 deposit. I was told by Prime that the deposit would come back from the finance company. I filed a complaint with BBB against *** for not returning my money. *** is saying the refund comes from Prime. Noone at Prime answers the phone. I have been calling for months. I want my $506 back. The back and forth between these companies is ridiculous!! If Prime is responsible for my refund, they need to give it back!!
