    Placed an order Jan 26, 2024 with Wig Party Shop. I immediately sent an email letting them know that I was having surgery Feb 5. I would be gone all day. No one would be home. I did not want my order to be delivered Feb 5 or the following day. I even stated that my order could be delivered the following week. I received a response that my order would be mailed out Mon Feb 29 & it should arrive by *** Feb 2 or the following day. I received notifications from *** stating my order would arrive Mon Feb 5 which is the exact day I did not want my order to be delivered. I sent an email expressing my concerns. I got a reply saying it could be delayed due to weather. Kristi uses standard shipping for all of her orders. It normally takes 6/8 days. Not counting Sunday it took 6 days for my order to be delivered. It arrived Mon Feb 5 which is the exact day I didn't want it delivered. When I arrived home later that evening there was no package on my porch. I emailed Wig Party Shop. They told me there is nothing they or *** can do. They shipped my ********** was delivered. Kristi said I needed to file a police report. I filed a claim with ***. Feb 13 I filed a police report & *** closed the claim the same ************ the package as lost. I was told by *** that the shipper would be issued a refund. I sent emails/text the whole time trying to get this resolved. I finally got a nasty reply stating I purchased **************** shipped it. Since it was stolen that is between ******* local police station. I stating in all of my emails that *** said I had to contact the shipper for a resolution. I explained that *** only sends a refund to the shipper. I included screenshots & a local *** phone number for her to call to verify everything I said. Feb 21 Kristi confirmed she received paperwork from ***. I just contacted *** this morning Feb 29. *** stated they are still waiting for the requested paperwork from the shipper. Kristi is not turning in the paperwork on purpose to prolong this

    "The photo we have shows that your items were delivered to you on 2/5/24 at 11:29 AM and there is a photo showing the boxes at your doorstep for reference. This is the information that we will be submitting to *** as truth on our end."
    I assumed Kristi Dailey would fill out and submit the requested paperwork from ***.

    I made a phone call to *** - 9 minutes 26 seconds. 
    The lady I spoke with was very helpful. Up until this point I had only received very limited information. I was always told to contact the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop). I explained the situation and how frustrated I was, how difficult the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop) had been, and I couldn't get anywhere since *** only deals with the shipper. The lady was very understanding. She remembered me and she explained the process. Monday February 13, 2024 the claim was closed right after I called *** with the police report number. The required paperwork was also sent to the shipper at this time as well (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop). Once the paperwork was filled out and returned, *** would issue a check to the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop). The lady also said that once the check was received by the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop) that they are legally obligated to either issue a refund or mail the product and that it was my decision of which one I would receive. The lady with *** said the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop) should have already taken care of me, especially since the claim with *** had been closed 8 days earlier and the required paperwork in order for the shipper (Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop) to be reimbursed for my order was sent as well. The lady with *** said she would call Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop and explain the process to her and then call me back

    Lady from *** called me back stating she spoke with Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop and explained the process to her. Since *** called Kristi Dailey directly and explained the process I again assumed Kristi would fill out and submit the requested paperwork and return it in a timely manner. Especially knowing that once the requested paperwork was received, *** would issue a check for the full amount.

    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop knew 8 days earlier on February 21, 2024 the requested paperwork must be filled out and returned before the check would be issued. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop called *** personally herself and even stated in her email dated February 21, 2024 15:09 "We received a letter that needs to be submitted with details on your order." *** also called Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop on February 21, 2024 to make sure she understood the process. February 21, 2024 at 15:55, after the phone conversation with *** Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop left a 20 second voice message. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop also sent an email February 21, 2024 15:59 confirming *** just spoke with her. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party is trying to deflect the blame for her not sending in the paperwork when clearly she is at fault. This is another example of how Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has delayed getting this resolved in a timely manner.

    Screenshot of wigpartyshop.com of the sale section where it clearly states "These are wigs Kristi has tried on during a live show." These are wigs that have been removed from the box and the original/factory packing and tried on so they are much lower than the wigs in the regular section.

    Ace of Hearts $375 - 35% = $243.75
    Dolce & Dolce 23 $395 - 35% = $256.75
    This confirms both of the wigs I ordered and purchased were from the regular section and NOT the sale section. This means I paid a higher amount for both of the wigs because both wigs should still be in their original box and factory/original packaging and not tried on.

    2 Screenshots of Ace of Hearts wig (the color in this picture is Butterbeer Blonde. I ordered Rootbeer Float from Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop) in the original box and with the original/factory packaging. As you can clearly see the curls are wrapped around tissue paper to hold their shape and is in a much longer box. 


    Screenshots - I stacked two of the smaller Belle Tress boxes to show size comparisons on my front porch to compare to the box that was delivered. I ordered Ace of Hearts from the regular section on Wigpartyshop.com. This means the wig I ordered and purchased was a brand new wig that had never been tried on and should still be in the original box with the factory/original packaging. I attached pictures showing the size difference between the two boxes that Belle Tress wigs come in. I can only assume the box on my front porch contained 2 of the smaller boxes. Unfortunately I will never know what was actually shipped or if there was actually anything in the box because my package was not on my porch when I returned home. I can clearly see that the box that was delivered from Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop did not contain a longer box. At the very least there should have been one long box that contained the Ace of Hearts wig and 1 shorter box that contained Dolce &Dolce 23 wig.   Even if the Ace of Hearts wig was removed from its original box and placed in a shorter box, this is NOT what I ordered and definitely NOT what I paid for. 

    This is the cherry on top with everything else that has happened.

    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has done nothing to help with getting this resolved in a timely manner. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has made it her mission to make getting a resolution as difficult as possible and to delay the claim process. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has been defensive and even given wrong information and even stated it multiple times expecting me to accept it as fact. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop actions have been unethical. Her correspondence has been unprofessional and confrontational. During these last 5 weeks not one time did Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop ever make a conscious effort to cooperate and assist with getting this resolved. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has done the exact opposite. Her actions have made her intentions very clear. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop's behavior and actions is a reflection of her character and shows her lack of integrity. When someone shows you who they are, believe it. Please see examples below. These are in addition to the previous examples listed above:



    February 8, 2024 17:35 (email in its entirety attached to original complaint submitted February *******) Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop said "We did our best to try to accommodate your shipping requests. You might check with a family member or neighbor to see if they picked up your package." Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop did not do their best to accommodate my shipping request by shipping my order on Monday January 29, 2024 and it being delivered on the exact day I requested it not be delivered. I even stated it could be delivered the following week. A family member or a neighbor did not get my package. I did not tell my family, friends, or neighbors I was having surgery. I would not ask my friends, family, or neighbors to get my packages and have them find out I order wigs. I did my due diligence and took care of all of my affairs before surgery so I wouldn't have to worry about anything except for recovering.

It shows that it was delivered to your house. There are photos. The shipping company will argue that they delivered it. We did our best to try to accommodate you with shipping however we are not and cannot be responsible for lost or stollen packages. I am so sorry. You cannot file a claim because the package was delivered."

    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop said "We shipped your item and it was delivered. Other people have had their items stollen right off their *********. It is crime and happens. There is nothing *** or I can do for a stollen package." I wonder how many other customers have had packages stolen off of their porch and Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop told them the same thing.

    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop said "You made a purchase and we shipped it. We did what we agreed to do on our end! We are NOT responsible for shipping! Your package WAS delivered to your house and there is proof. That is like me telling you Shopify didn't give me your money so I want you to pay again. You bought something. We shipped it. If your package was stolen that is between you and your local police department. *** has not refunded us anything because your first package shows delivered. Your dispute is NOT with us. It is with the crime in your neighborhood. You need to take this up with your local police department because of the theft that is going on in your area." According to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop, as she has wrongfully stated multiple times, I am supposed to take the theft up with my local police department because there is nothing she or *** can do. So I am just out $566.45 and I am supposed to be ok with that and just live with it? "Perhaps your husband is hiding packages from you like you were attempting to do to him? I don't know. It is none of our business nore it is our responsibility." Now Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party is accusing my husband of taking my package when he was with me all day because I had surgery. He was my driver "If you attempt to scam us I will make sure that every retailer knows of your intentions. There is a group where all of us retailers look out for each other. We did NOTHING wrong here except allow you to make another purchase after you tried to claim we did something wrong the first time." (she is referring to *** taking a picture on February 13, 2024 of my porch with no package so they could update the claim status that my package was lost). Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop still refuses to admit any wrongdoing and it has nothing to do with the fact that she shipped my order and it was delivered on the exact day I requested it not to be delivered. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party is calling me a scammer because I refuse to take her advice as fact and the only solution is to take it up with my local police department. Apparently according to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop I should accept the fact my package was stolen and that I am out $566.45 and nothing can or will be done about it by her or ***. "Your having surgery has nothing to do with this. Please do not try to play victim here. I will publicallu call you out on trying to take advantage of us!"


    In the timeline what clearly started this whole chain of events was my order being shipped and delivered on the exact day I specifically requested that my order not be delivered because I would not be home. When this whole process first started I just wanted to get the products that I ordered/paid for but now I just want a refund because that is the quickest solution to get this resolved.  After Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is reimbursed, I would have to wait an additional 6-8 days for Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop to ship my order and that's only if it shipped out right away. I don't trust Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop to ship to correct items. It is yet to be determined if Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop will even be reimbursed the correct amount since the requested claim paperwork that she filled out and submitted was incorrect and she didn't even request to be reimbursed for shipping. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop washed her hands and refused to accept any responsibility from the very beginning. Even if Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop admitted it was her fault that my package was delivered on February 5, 2024 she still could have filed a claim for my stolen package with *** on my behalf. Even after Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop knew she would indeed be reimbursed by *** for my stolen package she still refused to do the right thing and assist to get this resolved in a timely manner. Everyone that I spoke with at *** said that the shipper Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop should have already taken care of me. Instead Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop made the conscious decision to deliberately drag this out even longer. *** is refunding me for my lost order. Unfortunately *** only sends the refund to the shipper which is Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has been hands off this entire time and has refused to cooperate these last 5 weeks. Now that *** will be sending my refund to her, she is all of a sudden trying to take charge and say I can't have the refund because she doesn't offer refunds. This refund has nothing to do with Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop. She stated multiple times she shipped my order, it was delivered, and the theft of my package has nothing to do with her.The theft of my package is between me and my local police department. As far as Kristi Dailey is concerned, the transaction was over when *** delivered my package on my porch.  Since *** is sending a refund for my lost package, this is a totally different transaction but sadly Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is the liaison between *** and myself. I'm hopeful Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop will not delay this any further and I will receive a refund for the entire amount of $566.45.

    Your replacement items are set aside for you. "If" check arrives, your replacement items will be sent. [Kristia Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is still trying to force me to take the items I ordered. I no longer want the items. She doesn't seem to understand it is not up to her if I get the items or a refund.]


    Your threatening letter to the BBB will only expose your attempted fraud. [When I got home on February 5, 2024 there was no package on my door. I am trying my best to get this resolved. How is this attempted fraud?]


    Your package was delivered. You said you arrived home after 3 days and it was gone and in the BBB letter you are saying 1 day. We have all the documentation and photos of everything and will happily submit it to the BBB and the fraud groups. As well as the your local police department.

    February 4, 2024 16:18 I sent an email to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop - "I will be on 8 different medications. I may not be in my right mind for a couple of days so I will respond when I'm able to let you know if I received it or not" {email in its entirety was previously submitted}
    February 8, 2024 13:55 I sent an email to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop - "We got home and there was nothing sitting on the porch. What do I need to do?" {I responded 3 days after my surgery because this is when I was finally able to see out of one eye.} I never stated I arrived home after 3 days. On my initial complaint to the BBB I stated "It arrived Mon Feb 5 which is the exact day I didn't want it delivered. When I arrived home later that evening there was no package on my porch." I have no clue where Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is getting where I said 1 day. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has threatened me repeatedly that she is going to report me to fraud groups and now to my local police department and to the BBB with her distorted version of the actual truth. I have already submitted screenshots of all of our conversations to the BBB. I have nothing to hide. I placed an order and it was not on my porch when I got home after a 5 hour long surgery. I am trying to get this resolved. There is no reason for this process to be this difficult]


    We did nothing wrong here. We responded on behalf of the claim and *** has done nothing. [Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is still claiming she has done nothing wrong. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has made this process as difficult as possible and delayed getting this resolved in a timely manner.]


    Your claim isn't complete so your issue is with *** not us. [*** will only deal with the shipper. I am getting nowhere when I call in. I am always told I need to contact the shipper for updates.]


    I don't want your business or to waist my time with you any longer. Why would I purposely not respond to ***?? I don't have the check!!!!!" 


    I'm at a loss on what to do. I need a third party to help get this resolved ASAP.

    ************ Purchased 2 wigs and asked us to ship them at a certain time because she was having surgery and did not want her husband to know she was making a purchase. We accommodated her request.  As a retailer, we have no control over when a package will actually be received by the recipient.  Once her items were shipped, she was sent a tracking number.  

    Unfortunately due to weather, her package took longer than expected and was delivered on the day she was to have surgery. ************ was notified by *** the day before that her package would be delivered on the 5th. She made no attempt to have someone pick it up for her from her porch. She contacted us 3 days later stating that she did not receive her package.  We immediately began an investigation and saw that her package was delivered and *** had a photo to prove it. 

    We advised ************* that because there is proof that the package was delivered, she would need to contact her local police department and report it as theft as we nor *** is responsible for stollen packages.

    ************ later contacted us to tell us she filed a police report and a claim with *** and that *** told her a check would be sent to us for her replacement. Once we received the information from ***, we completed the form and submitted it. *** stated that ************ never submitted an actual police report to assist in their investigation.  *** has sent us a letter stating that her claim was denied because they show the package was delivered. 

    ************ is now stating that the package we shipped (which she says she did not receive) is not the correct size of the product she purchased according to the photo that was delivered. 

    ************ has attempted to be deceitful from the begging with her attempt to hide her package from her husband. 

    After receiving the BBB complaint, we have reached out to ************ yet again to ask how we can further assist her. She has not responded. 

    In final, ************ made a purchase which we shipped. We believe she is attempting to defraud *** and our company by saying she never received the package then stating that what was shipped was not what she ordered. 

    We have done our best to accommodate ************ and believe this complaint is not only not valid but an attempt to recoup funds she didn't want her husband to know she spent.  Please see her screen shots in reference to her outlandish claims.

    Response to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop

    Friday January 26, 2024 I purchased an Ace of Hearts wig, Dolce & Dolce 23 wig, and 2 sets of wig ******* for a total of $566.45. [see pictures KD 6, KD 7] I sent an email requesting my order not be delivered on February 5, 2024 because I was having surgery. I even stated my order could arrive the following week.[see picture KD 8].Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop did NOT accommodate my request by shipping out my order on Monday January 29, 2024 and it being delivered on Monday February 5, 2024. Mailing an order using *** standard shipping from Washington to ******** takes at least 6 days. I was told by Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop my order would be delivered Friday February 2, 2024. This would be 4 days for shipping. Up to this point I had placed 10 orders with Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop. Using *** standard shipping not one of them had arrived in 4 days. 


    My package was not delayed due to weather. This is just an excuse Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop used to place blame on someone else. 
    January 31, 2024 08:24 I sent Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop an email [see picture KD 11] stating I had received a notification from *** that my order would be delivered Monday February 5, 2024. January 31, 2024 15:17 Email response from Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop [see picture KD 13] stated it could be delayed because of weather. "However, it is an estimated delivery date. It should be there before that". 
    Sunday February 4, 2024 16:18 I sent an email to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop [see picture KD 16]. I stated my order was being delivered the next day which was Monday February 5, 2024 and the day I was scheduled to have a 5 hour long surgery. 
    Tuesday February 6, 2024 11:39 Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop responded wishing me a speedy recovery. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop did not mention my order. 
    I didn't make an attempt to have someone pick up my order on such short notice. I took care of all of my affairs before I had surgery to make sure I wouldn't have to worry about anything besides recovering. [see pictures KD 24, KD 28]


    When I spoke with my local *** office I was told that all they needed was a police report number which I provided to them on Monday February 13, 2024 right after I went to the police station. If *** had requested and needed an actual hard copy of the police report I would have provided it. If *** needed an actual hard copy they would NOT have closed the claim on Monday February 13, 2024. If *** actually needed a hard copy of the police report they would NOT have sent out a driver to take a picture of my front porch on Monday February 13, 2024 in order to update the status of the claim. *** would not have told me on Monday February 13, 2024 right after I provided the claim number verbally over the phone the claim was closed and the shipper, Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop would be issued a refund. I spoke with someone at *** and I was verbally told that someone closed my claim in error. The *** driver took a picture of my front door without a package on my porch on February 13, 2024 to update the status of the claim. The driver incorrectly labeled it as the package was delivered. Whoever closed the claim in error failed to look at the picture. 


    Looking at the photo from Monday February 5, 2024 taken by the *** driver it is clear that what I ordered and what I paid for is not what was shipped. Ace of Hearts in its original packaging comes in a longer box because the curls are wrapped in tissue paper to hold their shape. The cardboard box on my front porch did not contain a larger box. 


    Whether I or any other woman hides their packages from their husband is none of anyone's business.

    My husband was with me all day on Monday February 5, 2024 since I was having surgery. We left early that morning. My surgery was at noon. [see picture KD 16] I had to be there 1 hour earlier which would have been at 11:00. *** shows my order was delivered at 11:20. My husband was not able to leave and had to stay the whole time I was in surgery. We arrived home together. My husband would not have been able to go home and hide my package and even if he did find my package he would not hide it from me. It is absurd that Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop would even accuse my husband of hiding my package from me. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is correct, it is none of her business and she should have never brought it up.

    The issue is not that someone at *** closed my claim in error.  The real issue is that my claim is closed and the shipper, Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is the only one who can reopen the claim but she chooses not to do so. 


    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop in her response to the BBB "We have done our best to accommodate ************ and believe this complaint is not only not valid but an attempt to recoup funds she didn't want her husband to know she spent.  Please see her screen shots in reference to her outlandish claims."

    In all of my emails to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop I repeatedly asked how to get this resolved and when I would receive my order. [see pictures KD 31, KD 33, KD 34, KD 35, KD 45, KD 49, KD 50, KD 56, KD 57,  KD 58, KD 59, KD 63, KD 66]
    February 29, 2024 13:44 email sent to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop [see picture KD 83} This is first time I stated I want a refund. Up until this point I had been optimistic that Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop would do the right thing and ship my order. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop deliberately delayed getting this resolved once again. I had enough. I wanted this process to be over with ASAP. Getting a refund would be a lot faster than waiting for Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop to mail my order. If Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop shipped out my order as soon as she was reimbursed from *** it would still take at least 6 days using standard shipping with ***. 


    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop's outlandish accusations and her attempt at distorting the facts that I am attempting to recoup funds I didn't want my husband to know I spent are just that. I placed a total of 10 orders before January 26, 2024 for a total of $1951.75. I placed 3 orders after January 26, 2024 for a total of $462.64. All orders including order # ***** for a total amount of $2980.84. How is getting a refund for $566.45 going to make a difference? In all of my correspondence to Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop I repeatedly asked when my order would be shipped. February 29, 2024 is the first time I mentioned wanting a refund and for a good reason.  My financial status in no one's business. My financial status has nothing to do with this claim and it was very inappropriate for Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop to even bring it up. 


    We need to focus on the real issue here. The issue is not that someone at *** closed my claim in error.  The real issue is that my claim is closed and the shipper, Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is the only one who can reopen the claim but she chooses not to do so.

    I want to get this resolved ASAP. I want a refund for $566.45 so this will finally be over. This Friday March 15, 2024 will be 7 weeks since I placed my order. Enough is enough. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop will be issued a refund if she would just cooperate and do what is needed to achieve this.

The driver took a picture of my front door without a package on February 13, 2024 after I had called my local *** with the police report number to update the claim. For whatever reason the driver marked it as delivered which is incorrect. Whoever closed the claim failed to look at the picture. The shipper Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is the only one who can reopen the claim. Anyone can call the *** 800 number to check on the status of this claim. They just need the tracking number]

It even states "The information was reviewed with Kristi on 03/05/24" Email from Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop March 11,2024 04:14 Kristi Dailey said "We have not received any communication from *** since and are unable to see updates on the claim as you are the one who submitted it." 
    March 11, 2024 at 04:14 Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop states she is not able to see any updates but later the same day at 17:47 she contradicts herself by posting a screenshot showing DAMAGE/LOSS UPDATE INFORMATION for Wig Party Shop, shipper number B190G8 and this information was reviewed with Kristi on 03/02/24. Krisit Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has an online account with *** and she receives updates that are sent to her online account with *** even though she claims she doesn't. [see pictures KD 95, KD 96]

    Kristi Daily aka Wig Party Shop said "Your claim is closed. *** never received a copy of your police report so they closed your claim and it shows that your package was delivered." Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is now saying the claim is closed because they didn't receive a copy of the police report. This is not correct. When I first spoke with my local *** I was told all I had to do was file a police report and call back with the police report number. I filed the police report on February 13, 2024. As soon as I filed the police report  and returned to my car, I called *** with the police report number. I was told they were closing the case. *** also sent a driver to take a picture of my front door with no package to update the file. If *** had actually requested a copy of the police report I would have provided it. If *** actually needed a copy of the police report they would not have closed the case on February 13, 2024. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop went from saying she was going to try to reopen the claim (because it was closed in error by someone from ***) to now stating the claim was closed because they never received the police report. Krist Dailey aka Wig Party Shop distorts the actual facts.

    Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is refusing to open the claim. She knows I did not receive my order and I have not received a refund. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is the only person who can reopen the claim. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has deliberately delayed the claim process and getting this resolved in a timely manner. By refusing to reopen the claim Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop knows that I will never receive my product or get a refund. Yet Kristi Dailey has repeatedly called me a scammer, has threatened to report me to fraud groups, and threatened to report me to my local police department with her distorted version of the truth. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop also stated my threatening letter to the BBB will only expose my attempted fraud. I did not receive my order. How is what I am doing attempted fraud? I refuse to be out $566.45. Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop is outright refusing to cooperate to make this right.  I have tried every way possible to make this right and to get it resolved but Kristi Dailey aka Wig Party Shop has deliberately held up the process and is now refusing to reopen the claim.
