    Harley Exteriors provided great service from the very first meeting to discuss the product to the end result of installing them. I would recommend to family and friends.

    Terrible experience. This company responded to my request on *****'s List to fix a broken window and replace a sliding glass door. The salesman came out and wasted THREE hours of my time trying to hard sell me on replacing ALL windows in my house for the mere price of $60,000. It took nearly 3 hours to get a price quote for the 2 items I wanted fixed. $8,000 was the lowest price. Nothing ever offered in writing, nothing showing the cost breakdown. Salesman seemed to want to waste as much of my time as possible hoping for an agreement. I was told when I made the appointment they would leave an estimate that was price guaranteed for a year. He never offered anything in writing other than scribbles on a notepad. So disappointed. Avoid inviting this "car salesman" type company into your home.

    Amazing experience. They came on time and finished in less than 4 hours. I love my door! The project manager even stopped by and checked in to ensure the installation met my needs. They obviously value the customer experience and it shows. Will def seek them out for future needs.

    My wife and I are new homeowners and we purchased our home with its original 1980's aluminum frame, single paned windows. Not fully aware as to how terrible the insulation those would provide, we braved the strong, freezing drafts invading our home for only a few short months before deciding that these windows had to go. Our furnace was working overtime to keep our home warm because any heat couldn't be retained behind those old drafty windows. Harley Exteriors was able to come give us the guidance and recommendations to get us setup to have their premier Olympic Series windows, as well as a sliding door installed. The difference has been astronomical! There is no longer a draft coming in from the windows, the furnace no longer runs as often, and only kicks on very seldom now as our home is now able to retain heat. Harley Exteriors is a good, honest, veteran owned company that was able to help my wife and I make our new house a cozy home. Thank you!

    **************** was great. Quick scheduling date for installation. Date was kept and installation was done on same day as stated. Liked the window product. Had flip up or removal to aid in cleaning. Windows had ************ vs single lock for security. Windows will block the heat compared to older windows like the ones I am replacing. They state their prices are in the middle and I agree. Would recommend to others.

    I had a terrific experience with Harley Exteriors. The salesman was very helpful and walked me through the process. He explained how long it would take and why. He showed me how poorly constructed my 70 year old windows were and how much more insulation I would receive with new updated windows. The next step was a craftsman who measured my windows carefully and asked questions so we were on the same page. I called the office with some questions and the office manager was super helpful. The team that came to install 5 windows worked hard. The windows were not easy. It was an all day job and they did a spectacular job. I was really impressed and plan to finish the job with a few more window replacements in the near future.*****
