    Do not give this shady company any money. They have zero customer service or concern for you beyond getting your money. My wife purchased a package for 6 months of classes ($500), then broke her foot. When she was finally able to use the package, we found it wasn't showing in her account. We tried for 4 months to reach someone by showing up in studio, calling the posted phone number, and emailing the posted email. While she was initially able to speak to an instructor in studio, they weren't able to help (they were able to see it was purchased, but that it wasn't linked to her account), but they said there was nothing they could do, and they would have to let someone else know, and they would get back to her. Fast forward 4 months, and no communications were being returned. I finally reached out to the studio on ******** and finally got a response indicating they would look into it. However, that started a back and forth wherein it was days or even weeks between communications. To be honest I got frustrated and angry at one point, but I immediately apologized and tried to move forward. However, there came a point where the business ended up getting belligerent with me, accusing me of creating the problem, and zero apologies were provided for that. Instead, they simply treated me like c*** from that point on. We truthfully (and rightfully) lost all faith in the company's ability to meet its obligations and provide any level of customer service. I was ultimately able to get them to agree to refund the $500 (they were going to send a check - even asked to provide our address), but it has now been another 4 months, and they haven't sent it, and they are again avoiding all attempts to contact them (including blocking me on ********). Take your money elsewhere.
