  Had my wife's car taken in on May 12th 2024, they claimed they didn't have either one of our phone numbers yet we provided them with our cell numbers. A few days had gone by without any word as to what was being done. After 3 days I called them and they claimed the fixed get car yet no one bothered to ask or say what was needed, they stated simply it was fixed yet they largely ignored what we requested along with their excuse of not supposedly having our cell numbers. So we go to pick up car and they treated my wife she was dumb, not really addressing her and only me. Showing us a so called faulty part which didn't prove anything. Her car still knocks up front which was ignored and an engine light now pops on which didn't happen before. This place I believe was dishonest and obviously sexist. I paid for what I believe was work that wasn't needed or authorized. They also have a history of cars being stolen from their lot ( not mine or my wife's) claiming they aren't liable, well yes they are if your property like a car is left in their care! Others have stated this shop largely sabotages customers cars by leaving cars unfixed or leaving things missing and not taking responsibility for it. This shop is shady and they should be investigated or shut down. They are also liars and have an issue dealing with female customers like my wife for example. Her car was never really fixed in fact it is worse than before.

  I'm sorry to hear this some employees are used to talking to the male figure I apologize for the way you felt your wife was being treated.  I see that there was a few miss fire codes but technician was unable to verify concern this was in feb 14, 2024

  Worst experience ever taking my vehicle to a repair shop. I made an appointment and dropped off explaining exactly what i wanted done and repaired. Over a week went by with no word about my vehicle. When i called **** (the mechanic doing the work on my vehicle) said he would call me back later that day with parts an work estimate. He did not. He called me two days later with estimate an went through everything with me. I told what to go ahead an do an what not to. A mo nth later i call to find out whats going on an **** tells me they finally have an appointment with the guy to weld the exhaust and hes coming in tomorrow. When i got estimate, i was never told someone else was coming in or someone else was working on my vehicle, i was told **** was doing it all and capable. 2 months later i go in upset an ask what the heck is going on and he says, " oh hey ive trying to get ahold of you." I then tell him my phone had no missed calls or messages from him and that i had broken my phone a week prior and had just gotten a new one. He then tells me "ya it was last week, i left a message." My phone service was still working just not phone and i dont have voicemail so there was lie number one. I then explained that i was upset about not being told about the other person coming in to weld and he tells me we dont do that we do it here and have the welding machine here. I then say yes thats what you told me initionally but in the phone call it was different. I asked why would you say that. He says i dont know. I ask been done only the fan motor. He called to get ok for gasket when i had already given the ok 3 months prior. Needles to say i still have no vehicle im a single mother an travel for work but no vehicle limits my work an schedule. Ive sent multiple emails and went in an asked for owners to call me filed bad review which is not on there sight of course and no response from them. Like no one cares what kind if horrible communication and business is being done
