    I would stay away from this company! I had a small one-day job that wasnt completed - replacing a large window with a French door. The door still needs to be trimmed out both inside and out. When they left after the first day (in July), the deadbolt didnt work and the bottom latch to open the other side was stuck. The foam insulation used was extremely over applied and now my doors finish is ruined on the outside as the foam stuck to it in many places and those areas will have to be sanded off and the whole door painted!Trying to reschedule them to finish the job was a nightmare too. First available time was ten days later. It rained that day so it was canceled. The next schedule was another ten days or so.I asked the owner ******* to come and look at the door. He had two crew with him and they worked on fixing the deadbolt and latch. After 30 minutes the deadbolt still doesnt function! ******* refused to come back and finish the job - fixing the deadbolt and trim.He said my concern is that you will find something else to complain about.What?!? If the project is done correctly then there is no complaint and how would I know that beforehand. I would think youd want to stand by the quality of your work. I guess you will always have that excuse with all of your customers if there are ********* here I am two months later. I have to find someone to finish the shoddy work that Ace did. Aaargh.(This is really a negative star but theres no way to do that)
