    The owner and his family are INCREDIBLE!!!! They are thoughtful and helpful and even hooked up my fridge water line months prior to them starting my project the day after our "interview"!!!! Who does that? We worked on a plan and pitched hit in some areas because we are living in our home during a large remodel. My place is cleaned each night, they contact me about scheduling, they follow through with questions I have and they ALWAYS have this wonderful "can do" attitude with a smile!!! I had a challenge with relocating a water softener and they toiled over it all weekend long and saved me a $9,000 plumber fee to do the job!!! I already have his scheduled to come back to do my next big project.

    OMGoodness...I am truly so grateful to **** and his son for coming to my rescue today! I'm visiting my daughter and live out of state. She's a Navy wife, a full-time nurse, with two young children. When I arrived two days ago she told me her oven door was falling apart. I tried fixing it myself but to no avail. It was my mission to get this fixed for her. Called Whirlpool...zero help!, Called **** and they gave me the names of two appliance repair companies. Lucky me that K&B Solutions was first on the list. Spoke directly with **** (who answered right away). Turns out his shop is just a stone's throw from my daughter's house..."we're neighbors!", said he... Within minutes they arrived and within two minutes had that oven door fixed and usable again! ***** impressed and I asked how much I owed him for saving the day and he said to simply give them a good review! My faith in mankind has been restored!!! Thanks ****!

    I contacted K&B Solutions and **** came out and gave us a quote on replacing flooring and 2 Toilets. **** offered a workable time after a month since we were going on vacation. Upon our return from vacation **** and his team (***** and ****) worked hard to complete replacing the floors in 2 Bathrooms and Laundry Room. Including the removal and replacement of 2 toilets. After finishing the inside repairs I asked if the they could repair damage Vinyl Siding and Power Wash the entire house. Bill setup dates and his team was able to complete the Vinyl Siding Repairs and Power Washed the Roof and Vinyl Siding on the entire house in 2 days. This was way beyond my expectations. Following those repairs the K&B team was asked if they could replace worn decking on the front and back decks and paint. They were able to fit us into the schedule and completed the entire deck repair as quoted. I'm extremely happy with all the work and the fair pricing. I highly recommend K&B Solutions for any inside or outside of the house repairs.

    I dealt with the owner, **** of K & B Solutions via text messaging initially. He was busy with other projects but stated he would make time for my little project. We finally found a workable time after a month, and he personally came to my home to introduce his assistant ***** who would be doing the work. Together, they looked over the repair that need to be done and discussed strategy. I was so impressed at the level of professionalism, that I asked if they could look over other projects I needed to have done as well. The repair was completed in a timely manner and respectfully to my home. It is without hesitation that I would recommend ***** for anyone's home need repairs/remodeling due to their level of professionalism, competency, respectfulness, attention to detail and personal service...all with a friendly smile. I look forward to working with them again to install new flooring, counter tops, etc. Excited!
