I bought a car (new) at ***. *** sent my loan to a bank in ********************************** opened me a savings account without my consent or knowledge. According to **************************, I paid ********* dollars for my new car. What I remember is signing for a car only ******. The numbers seem to be off. That got me thinking.I looked at my check book for payments to *** and ****************************. There is definitely a discrepancy. I am missing 2000 dollars from my bank for a payment made to *** in May. Before I could drive my new car off the lot, I had to hand *** 2000 dollars. Not only did they not report the TWO THOUSAND dollar payment to ***************************; My initial price for the car does not look or sound familiar.

We would love a chance to review your documents in person with you. We did send you copies of everything so you could see that everything matches what you agreed to during your purchase. Please also bring the vehicle to the service department if it is having issues. It is under factory warranty and we want to get any issues addressed and things working correctly for you.

BUYER BEWARE We went to buy a car for one of our 16 year olds for her 16th birthday. We ended up buying a 2019 kia ***** after driving it 30 miles the engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership, the service **** looked at it and said it needs a new Cadilac converter. West hills kia didn't want to fix the car so they wanted to put us in a different car. We spent all day Saturday and majority of Easter Sunday looking at cars that weren't even close to what we bought for the year of the car and the features. The management team sent us on WILD GOOSE EGG **** for cars that weren't where they were even supposed to be. And then were told we had to make a decision off a picture and no test drive because the car was in the detail shop. West Hills kia finally refunded us our money because "they didn't have anything in their lot that we liked". Then the next day posted the same car for sale for the same price that we bought it for, after saying to us they were sending it to auction. Where is the integrity in that? We will never buy a car from here again. The salespeople were great and not pushy but the rest was horrible. Management kept saying they were going to make this right and they were so sorry this has happened to us, but never made it right.

This is all the work needed on the first car they sold me!! They wouldn't fix it and the didn't even give me the price I paid for it!! I was lied to and treated very badly!! The next car I was sold was trash!! Nothing was done to the car and I mean even cleaning it!! No oil change or anything!! Please help me!! I was so ripped off its not even funny!!

Shady even by car dealer standards. Found a car I liked on their website. Called to verify it was still available. Dealer told me it was available and that that "they are already pulling the car up" for me to look at when we got there. Drove to *********, about an hour. Waited about 20 min for someone to check into things and tell me the car was sold "quite a while ago."Classic bait and switch nonsense. I understand that dealers exist to make a profit, but I can't abide by outright lies. When I complained the floor staff guy just turned his back on me and walked away.On the small chance that they weren't lying and something was lost in communication between the Internet sales guy and the floor sales team...then they're still incompetent. Either way, won't be doing business with their dealer network.

We are sorry to see that this customer drove to the store and the vehicle wasn't available.

It is our intention to give every customer a remarkable experience and help them get the vehicle they want.

When the customer inquired on the vehicle and set a time to come see it, the internet representative messaged over to our sales team that the customer was coming in and to verify the vehicle was available.
Our sales person replied to him that she would get the car pulled up since it still showed available.

We have 7 stores locally and share the pre-owned inventories between the stores.
The appointment  was to see a car from the ****** lot, so the she went to go get it to have it ready for the customer.
When she went to check out the car, a salesperson from *************** had just checked it out and was driving the vehicle.
It wasn't sold at that time.

Unfortunately, when the customer arrived to look at the car, the ***** sales person just sold the vehicle.

We spoke with the customer to apologize for the inconvenience and that it was in no way intentional to have him drive here from ******* to see a car that was already sold. We offered to watch for any that came in and give him opportunity to see first, or any other way that we could make it up to him.

In a gesture to let the customer know that he is important to us and we are sorry for how the experience went, he was offered a  gas card to help offset the cost and time of driving out. The customer declined the card.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Car failed at ****** miles and service has been horrendous. I will never purchase from **** Westhills Autoplex or any ********* auto dealership again. I have never been treated like this by any other customer service industry in my six decades of living. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought a new 2014 *** **** which started to have terrible engine noises and oil consumption issues at ****** miles. We took it in over and over again trying to get it fixed. Westhills *** told ** they couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car each time we took it in, and kept asking to do oil consumption tests and come back in ***** miles, which we did and they repeatedly found nothing wrong. The engine finally seized and melted the catalytic converters, failing just as the odometer turned past the ******* mile warranty, Westhills *** then told ** it would cost $4,000 for a new engine. After months of trying to get reparations through *** Consumer Affairs (who never follow up as they say they will) they approved a goodwill new engine but instead, only replaced the block, which did not fix anything. The engine shook like crazy and had the same terrible noise as before. We were told to get the catalytic converter replaced for $1,800, which fixed nothing, and then they said the cylinder head and valves needed replacement. *** Consumer Affairs denied helping us at this point because the car was, out of warranty. We have been out of a working car for a year and a half trying to get this fixed. Westhills *** and *** Consumer Affairs tell us our request for help has been denied.Apparently, *** engines are failing and there are class action lawsuits for engine failures and FIRES. So far *** has settled over $1.3 billion dollars in failed and deadly engine lawsuits. DO NOT BUY FROM WESTHILLS **** ***********************, and DO NOT BUY A ***** A few years down the road, you will deeply regret it! .
