    Lack of communication from the office. My daughter had an appointment on 10/3/2022. We get there and they tell me we do not have an appointment. I received a text message on Monday fore, the day before, and the day of October 20 reminding me of the appointment. I did not have anything else scheduled, so I know I did not cancel the appointment. They said there was nothing that can they do. If we miss an appointment, they want to charge you $50, but fail to compensate you when they s**** up. What a bunch of douchebags.The other thing that is annoying is that they are only open 2 days a week in certains and it becomes a pain trying to get bracing on and off because we often have to go to multiple locations.

    The individual above blames the business for her lack of ability to understand text reminders and her own confusion. The statement about $50 is false ,she has never been charged ( have proof)nor anybody in our practice as we just don't do that , thus we will be filing a lawsuit for slander and defamation and ready to show this person the consequences of her poor judgement and acts,. We are sad that this action will affect her entire financial wellbeing. We are open 4/5 days a week with multiple locations ,no business in existence only operates 2 days a week overall. BEWARE OF THIS PERSON , REVIEW HER ONLINE ACTIVITY AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT SHE IS ABOUT.

    I know how to read a text message. This is not slander as I have proof. I have the 3 text messages that confirm my daughter's appointment was 10/20/2022. I received messages on 10/17/2022, 10/19/2022, and the day of 10/20/2022 and they say the appointment was at 10/20/22. They claim it must be their system and do not know why I received text messages confirming my child's appointment for 10/20 and not for 11/3.Secondly, I did not say they charged me $50 (maybe they should learn how to read and not add to my message). It is standard practice for medical professionals to have patients sign for billing and let them know what happens when they miss an appointment because the business doesn't want to lose money. I never said I missed an appointment or was charged. I am a very busy person and I do not like to have my time wasted. This is my opninion of the business that is based on my most recent experience and the confirmation text messages I have received and experiences I have had in the past coordinating braces because you move to various locations. Everything is facts and thus is not slander.

    Our legal department has made some research and it seems that you have a prolific history of negative reviews in different platforms. For a busy such a busy person we are amazed that you still find time to leave reviews. , We respect your personal opinion but we don't condone violence and rudeness towards our staff. We will not hesitate to proceed legally for any false statements , We have recorded your previous messages and see how you have "changed them to fit your story"
