In April 2024, I brought my Taxa Cricket travel trailer for a "spring check-up and maintenance" as well as to inspect and seal a couple places where I suspected a roof leak. The staff at the service desk were very friendly and helpful and I left my trailer there feeling good about finding a place I could trust. Or so I thought. After I'd picked up my Cricket and brought it home, I discovered to my great surprise and disappointment, that a hole had been punched in one of the screens, then carefully zipped up tight so that I couldn't see it until I'd unzipped the windows. This had not been mentioned to me. I also discovered that the tie that secures my propane tank cover had not been unfastened, but was simply cut through to access and then left dangling and unsecured. I almost had the cover blow off on the trip home! Only 2 of the 4 roof areas I'd indicated (and sent photos of) had been inspected and sealed. And the worst was yet to come....when I then tried to close the pop-up roof, it now won't easily close, it feels like there's some kind of obstruction (which I keep checking and can't find) and the top needs to be forces shut, which worries me. I have had a talk with both the service ***** as well as its manager, only to be told that "yes, it's really hard and we have trouble getting enough technicians." She did offer to have me bring in the trailer to have it looked at but I declined. To be honest, I just don't feel I can trust them. I will not be going back.

Buyer Beware: Trust but Verify: I purchased a 2000 Fleetwood motorhome with less than 23k miles on the engine in December of 2023.During the sales process, I directly inquired whether the vehicle had a branded title and was told no. I received the title and a brand was noted: WA20020814 FORMER RENTAL. This specific branding is not required within Washington RCW, I feel it was deceptive because I had asked a direct question. I would recommend future buyers to request proof such as a CarFax. The dealership also holds their purchasers to a higher standard. If you sell or trade a vehicle to them an ADDENDUM TO VEHICLE PURCHASE ORDER line 6 ( c ) specifically indicates that the vehicle you are selling or trading to the dealership can have no brands whatsoever. A check engine and *** light were noted during the initial drive and the a/c did not work. An agreement was made to replace the spark plugs and fix the *** issue. I was told they did not have the equipment to charge the a/c. I made a good faith deposit of $1000. During vehicle pick up I noted the *** light was on once again, but they addressed it. After I drove the vehicle home, I heard a potential brake dragging and the *** light was on again. I took it to a tire center and had them inspect and repair the issue. They indicated the brakes had been replaced, but its possible the bearings were not reseated properly and the brake assembly had seized: $1300 repair. The first shakeout run of the vehicle had two more issues. The right rear caliper bolt came out and the caliper was dragging in the wheel rim. It was noted there was no locktite on the bolt. Then, the #9 plug and coil blew out, which is specifically what I wanted to avoid and the reason for the plug replacement and torque. I was stranded for some time. This repair cost me around $1800. I communicated my concerns, almost a month went by before communication. I understand "as is" but a certain amount of shared trust of workmanship is expected.

I bought a brand new 2022 Forest River ************************** from Kitsap RV, had it in my possession for 2&1/2 months, since the day I brought it home, it had 6 different water leaks, which finally ended up with electrical explosions with fire & smoke coming out of entertainment area & the breaker box never tripped, which I could have died in if I hadnt completely turned off breakers & unplugged trailer after hearing crackling sounds in all the walls. From the electrical explosions it blew out all things plugged in, the fireplace, dryer, space heater, clock & even the furnace. They sent mobile repair men out to try to fix all issues a few times, but to no luck in fixing, nor did repair men sent even have an electrical license. Along with these issues, there were several other issues like they broke sofa & cut brake wire, ************* were loose, curtain rod broke, etc. I finally had to bring my trailer to them, which they have had my trailer 4 months ********* still not fixed, nor did they submit all issues on warranty or even put water through it to see if leaks were still there, but they winterized it instead?? I had hired a lemon law lawyer to see if this qualifies for a lemon, but with kitsap not submitting all issues wrong with trailer, they wouldnt consider it a lemon. I told them I dont want trailer back as I no longer felt safe nor did I feel they knew what they were doing to even fix it correctly. I have caught them in several lies about the repairs as well. I spent $84k on it originally & they are buying it back for $40k, this is less than half of what I paid. It makes me sick how they can even still be in business treating customers in this manner, no integrity whatsoever:(

Kitsap RV is disheartened to hear this review from *****. We have taken extraordinary steps with ***** and the manufacturer Forest River to help facilitate the manufacturer's warranty process. While there were several warranty items noted, the list of items for the dealership to check grew each time the service department spoke with *****. After several back and forth interactions over time with both ***** and ************* ********** decided to have the entire unit inspected front to back and top to bottom to ensure that no other items would be added to extend the time the ** was here at Kitsap RV. In the end, it was determined that not using a water pressure regulator while connected to city water caused the water issues. To help *****, Kitsap RV stored the unit on our lot while she waited for the parts to ship from the manufacture. This is not our normal operation, but we made accommodations for *****.As part of this process, ***** asked for a bid to buy the unit back from her. Just as in cars and other dealerships, once something is used we can no longer sell it as new and it looses significant value. The manufacturers warranty is not transferrable to the next owner as well. All these factors influenced our decision to help ***** out of her decision to live in an **.If ***** would like to discuss any issues further, please reach out to the dealership at ************

I bought a motorhome from Kitsap RV. I would never recommend buying anything from them. The are extremely dishonest and have no integrity. Kitsap RV supposedly did an inspection on my motorhome n documented nothing was wrong. I have paid 25k in repairs in 5 months on parts they checked n said was good. Their mechanic falsified document on the inspections.

Kitsap RV is extremely sorry that **** feels this way about our dealership. The allegations in this review are not accurate. In fact, all the items that **** signed and acknowledged that we checked were indeed in good working order. Kitsap RV completes a safety inspection as required by law in addition to ensuring that the propane, **********************, and sewage systems are in working order. Additionally, Kitsap RV went above and beyond for **************** and helped him with an exhaust issue and just issued him a check on January 9th to help him offset the costs.
