All About Transmissions in ********* illegally removed the complete vehicle emissions systems ************* emissions that are required by law on my turbo diesel truck then installed a computer programmer modification bypassing the factory ***************** control systems on the truck a $7,800.00 job. causing catastrophic engine failure on my 2008 **** F450 Turbo Diesel. All About Transmissions also charged me an additional $8,100.00 to fix work that was previously completed by an Authorized **** dealership that I believe was originally caused by the illegal work performed by All About Transmission. I want my money back in full.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/05/2023

All of our workmanship comes with a warranty once it is paid for.  The problem with ***************** is that when his authorized repairs were done,

he ran into some financial hardships.  He asked us to please release his vehicle so that he could use it to make money and in turn turned over his

motorhome and title to hold as collateral.  He then was able to make a partial payment and began saying his vehicle was having issues in which

he was told to bring it in so we could check.  He has not done that.  He still having more financial problems begged us to please release the motorhome

so that he would have some place to live.  We have great relationships with our customers and do try to help where we can.  This is a big motorhome

and takes up a large section of our parking lot, so we had him sign another payment contract and released motorhome while retaining the title.

I have attached copies of payment arrangements and motorhome title and once he pays his bill off in full as he promised we would be happy to take

a look at his complaints and issues.  At this time we should probably impound the motorhome and turn the account over to collection.
