      10 years ago had Clean Spaces renovate our crawl space including the installation of a sump pump. The service came with a lifetime warranty and the understanding of an annual service. We have been diligent about the annual service and had it scheduled for December 28th, 2023. No one showed and no one has answered the phone nor returned voicemails. Please help as we dont want the pump to fail and want the warranty honored in case of an issue.

      There had been a temporary issue with our phone system. Once we were aware of the issue customer was contacted and an annual service call scheduled.  Was completed on 2/12/2024 with no outstanding issues.  Thanked the customer for their understanding and patience and will make certain they are scheduled for their annual service again next year.
