      We had ordered products from this company for many years with no issues. Fast and friendly service. In September 2021 we order (3) dock carts $1,115 and in November 2021 we ordered (2) more dock carts and (2) Lift rings systems $1488.90. The order time to receiving we experienced in the past could vary from ***** days. Pre-paid was required of course, as in the past. Unfortunately, this wonderful company has turned a dark corner and we have yet to receive these orders. We have had many conversations with many of the staff along the way. Lots of promised ship dates, but no actual results. We spoke with *** the owner, very nice lady on March 6, 2023 and she stated she is working hard to turn the company around and to take care of the orders. She accepted the blame for what had happened to her long-time business and committed to making good on all orders. We attempted to follow up with her after this telephone call, no phones being answered, no voicemail, and no responses. We are asking for our funds back. This is a sad state of affairs as their products are popular and of good quality. We prefer the product over the refund as a settlement to this situation.

      In August 2022 I order 6 - 24" fiberglass pile caps for a total of $993.00. Was told there was a 6 week lead time. My credit card was charged 3 times, I was told the extra charges would be reversed. That never happened. I never received a receipt for any of the charges that showed up on my statements. In December was told items were ready to ship. Since January I have emailed and called several times a week. No returned phone calls and no returned emails.I believe the additional charges were not errors but criminal acts of fraud.

      I placed an order with Cheyenne Mfg on 3/28/2022 and paid $16,920 up front on a credit card for product (40 - tough guy fiberglass life ring cabinets). The company gave me a 5 week lead time and since then, they have given multiple ship-to dates, promised partial shipments, told me they were finished with 1/2 of the product and would ship it, told me they had production issues, etc. However, we have never received any product. and now we are being told they don't have the money to refund me. So 10 months later, they can't product the product and can't pay me back. They've lied, broken promises, and manipulated me throughout these past 10 months. I have everything from emails to text messages to back up everything we have communicated. Supporting documents and timelines attached.

      March 10, 2022 Qty. 2 - "TOUGH GUY" Fiberglass Life ring cabinet with 30" USCG Approved Ring with 90' of 5/16" Rope with Float - Model - LRH-C Wind ****** **** Gelcoat After several attempts to receive product on repeatedly promised dates a request was made for a full refund, seller (Owner) has indicated a refund will take place but has not yet credited my credit card.2 - "TOUGH GUY" Fiberglass Life ring cabinets were received on 10/26/2022 but were damaged and appear to have been damaged prior to packaging. 30" USCG Approved Ring was not shipped with cabinet.
